My wife and I have just bought our 2nd pre-owned Yaris and 3rd 3 year service contract from Burrows, Toyota Sheffield. That in itself speaks volumes! Their trade-in offer was generous, and overall cost more than fair. On collection, it was as near to shown-room condition as possible. A special thanks to Owen Pearman, Steve Masson and Mandy. Bought a new Rav4 from Toyota Worksop and can not praise the sales team enough. The car was exactly as described and to a high standard. Luke our salesman was meticulous and a very good boy! The staff were not pushy at all but when asked they provided all the information required for service plans, breakdown, and MOT. I look forward to seeing everyone again for our next purchase. Made a telephone enquiry to the Barnsley Toyota dealership to see if the MOT advisories on a used Rav 4 would be addressed before sale. Was promised an update and some photos to show the general condition of the vehicle. No response to date. Probably a lucky escape as my expectation on any decent level of aftersales support would be very low based on my presale experience.

07/10/24 - still no response despite the comments from the dealer - cut and paste response. AVOID AVOID. Trustpilot becoming a joke as continues to rate organisations that respond but do not address shortcomings.
