Evri never delivered products. Contract for delivery is between burstsbout and Evri so Evri wouldn’t engage with me and burstabout went “sorry, that’s your problem” so no clothes and no refund. Beware.

Avoid. Do not buy from them. !!!!!
I wish I had read reviews here first. My experience has been the same as other buyers.
I bought a jumper which took 4 weeks to arrive. The tracking system had the parcel bouncing back and forth across America ( I think they make it up and pick random towns to try and look legit)
They are not a Uk company as advertised. They are refusing to give me return address to send the jumper back The item is unwearable. Really poor quality and the arms are in the wrong position. I have sent 34 emails now and keep getting standard replies offering £3 back as max compensation.
Avoid.

Dreadful company dreadful customer service dreadful quality jumper. Nothing like as advertised. Advertised a UK based but complete scammers. Jumper not fit for purpose. Requested full refund as per terms and conditions but still requesting a return address. If u could give these minus stars I would

Don't buy from this company, bought 2 jumpers cost me £46 took 6 weeks to get here. And the jumpers are awful, sleeves not in right place, fit terrible, i contacted them for a refund to b told there policy is no refunds!, don't b fooled like I was.

I wouldn’t give them any stars had to give one to be able to write this review. Don’t buy anything at all. Rubbish jumpers, rubbish customer service. Didn’t think they were coming, when they did weeks later I wished they hadn’t bothered.

Scam from Facebook. AVOID. They call themselves Burstabout UK and use the marketing images of a reputable company (Jaki UK) to sell child sized unwearable rubbish. Once I realised it was a scam (when emails started arriving from an unreachable email address tracking the parcel from the USA) I didn't expect to receive anything, actually, but then these comedy sized "sweaters" arrived which are absolutely dreadful quality. I have had some responses back from the Customer Service (joke) but once I asserted my rights and told them why a refund was due they stopped responding.

Ordered Asymmetric jumpers off Facebook. So wish I'd searched for reviews. The jumpers took 4 weeks to arrive and are unwearable. They arent made for human form! Arms in wrong place and quality so poor. I wasted my money.

Ordered an Asymmetric drape jumper advertised on Facebook and despite them having a UK address the tracking started from the US and took 4 weeks to arrive!

When it arrived it was so tiny like a size 8, it’s supposed to fit 8-28. It also has a hole in the seam on the sleeve which on trying on ripped further up the seam and was poor quality (not as advertised) so in my opinion faulty goods and warrants a refund!

Following the returns procedure and numerous emails to a customer service email address only £4 final offer has been suggested as I have received the goods I ordered apparently! Avoid these scammers!

I ordered a jumper via Facebook it took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was so tiny like a size 8, it’s supposed to fit 8-28. So I’m asking for details on how to return it but can’t get a straight answer. The jumper was £26.99. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered 2 sweaters on the 1st October no sign of them arriving and now the tracking doesn’t I am pretty sure this is just one big con ..,, £35 gone, I would rather have given it to charity !!!!

Another week on and still waiting….

I ordered two dresses in July. They took the wrong amount from my bank account. When I queried it they did refund the difference and that’s when the hope of receiving my order stopped. Despite numerous emails and the tracking saying my parcel was in the UK, I have still not received it and it is now October!
I have asked for a refund constantly and been told I have to be patient it is on its way. I have now contacted my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They should be banned from advertising in this country.

Trying to return an item it cost the earth en they only offering £2 money back absolutely disgusting they are no help at all please do not order from them u are wasting your money

Ordered on 12 August, received 4 September despite them having a UK address the tracking started from the US.

Imagine the thinnest polyester ever well that’s the quality of the dresses I received, they really are horrible, cheap, thin and look awful on. Nothing short of a pile of rubbish, just where they’ll be heading.

Save your money.

Complete scam don’t buy a thing from this company. Dress arrived and is only fit for the bin.

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing awful standard clothing. Being offered £2 refund for a dress with a hole in and arrived super late! Customer services awful, don't bother buying anything

what a complete scam company, the item advertised looked perfect however when I received the item I was so so so disappointed!
The fabric is awful the sizing is completely out , I have had numerous emails between myself and the so called company they refuse to give a refund even though they advertise it , they wouldn’t even meet me half way , their answer was that if I don’t like the item then to give it to a friend !! Their next offer was £2 refund , disgusting company PLEASE don’t but ripped off like I was by ordering from this disgracefull company ! They blocked me eventually so I’m stuck with a piece of rubbish that cost £28

If I could rate it minus 10 I would. Dresses I ordered were made from the cheapest material, nothing like advertised. If you want a refund you have to return items to DUBAI!!!! As if that's going to happen it would cost a fortune. Instead they offer you a refund of £5 from an order that cost me £57. Talk about ripping the customer off. They should not be aloud to trade on FACEBOOK. Shame on you FACEBOOK ☹️

Unfortunately can't give zero stars as I would.
Absolutely hideous dress fabric. Cheap and very nasty. After asking 6 times for returns instructions, they suggested I give the items to a friend. AVOID this company like the plague, they also use several other company names to peddle the same crap.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Dress eventually arrived in a cheaper version than what is advertised, cheap horrible material. They will not let me return it and state “give to someone as a present”!
I wouldn’t give this to my worst enemy!
