Repeat customer keeps coming back for more!
We have been repeat customers of Busch Systems for the past decade. The products that they sell are of a high quality, replacement parts are readily available when the snow plow took out some of our outdoor containers, and the staff is helpful at every step of the process. In addition, Busch Systems is an industry leader in offering thought pieces, educational seminars and one-on-one advice on how to improve our collection systems. I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars. Lastly, our representative truly listens to what our needs are and shares information about new products or services that would be helpful here, not just to move product and improve their bottom line.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. It was a large order and when it came in we did not have time to check all 500 bins. A few weeks later, after unloading the pallets, I discover 4 were damaged. I contacted Busch and sent them photos. They gave us a credit on the 4. I trust a company that backs up their products. We will continue to do business with Busch. Their products are high quality and they have great customer service.

My local sanitation service wasn’t too…
My local sanitation service wasn’t too helpful with my need to replace a curbside bin lid. I contacted Busch Systems directly and spoke with Sarah H. She was so helpful! I am a widow on a farmette and the small recycling bin is what I can handle, so getting a new lid was all I needed and she worked with me until I got the right sized lid. This little old lady from Iowa appreciates your caring service!

Really handy to store used batteries in. You have to put tape on each end of batteries before putting them in container. Holds quite a lot of used batteries.
