Unreliable. No communication. No way to escalation. I will never use this again.

I placed a GBP 200 order for a working lunch. The delivery driver decided to “deliver” food at the loading bay next to the trash bins, rather than the lobby as per instructions. It came at the end of the delivery window with no comms on WHERE the genius delivery guy had left it.

Terrible. First order was cancelled as the restaurant is "no longer using their platform" but they hadn't taken it down yet. Second order was due for delivery between 8:30 - 9am - no tracking, no updates, didn't arrive. The restaurant said the driver never turned up, they'd contacted Just Eat who weren't available to speak. I called Just Eat - but their customer service team isn't online till 9:30am, and so our entire event was just foodless. There's no way to contact them, terrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

Have just had to delete my just eat account as I’m disgusted with the service and attitude. My last two orders placed were both incorrect, both I had requested a refund if my items were not available but was sent inferior items instead. The first time I was credited to my account. The next day I used the credit to replace the order at a different shop, just eat made the same mistake, but refuse to refund my money. I work in the industry so I know how much money is being lost by wrong items being picked. Just eat don’t care about anything but profit so I’ve cancelled my account as I refuse to be ripped off and conned by a company like just eat.

I was refused a refund again for cold in edible food the food was tough as well, driver was late. I ended up closing my account and won't be using it again. Its more expensive to order food through just eat any way and they do not take responsibility for anything.

I ordered frozen samosas and puri but they delivered 36 cooked samoso's and five cooked puri asked for compensation and they refused what a great company never will use them again

I am disabled so I rely on delivery services to bring my shopping is spent £83 on shopping at morrisons using just eat a ticked for an alternative if the items wernt available but I got a message ge saying some items wernt available and id get a refund I waited ages for them to accept the order there was a knock at the door my order was here i was shocked cos they hadn't accepted it yet the man asked for my number I was that shocked I couldn't remember i said 2 numbers so the man went to his car to look hes said yes and drove off I knew then things were not right because of the only one bag I got inside and took out the shopping then I realised half my shopping was missing I conta ted the driver tokd him half my shopping is missing he said sorry about that and that was it I contacted them was told to leave an email someone would get back to me within 24 hours wich is no good to me my dogs had no food I had no milk I cannot just go out to the shops and buy it and it was most of my money so icouldnr afford to replace them i called morrisons who told me to call just eat and gave me their number I called them and was told I am not allowed to call them its just for partners and I had to wait for the email to be answered no good for me I tomd her my situation she wasnt botherd just kept repeating herself so imsat here carnt have a drink and my dogs have no food absolutely disgusting

Twice we have orders arrive after 2 hours last one we sent back as we had to make something to eat. They always act like it’s not their fault it is not the the restaurant to blame they have the order ready. Delete app Do not use and never trust their times

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR A WORK EVENT. - order for 13 pizzas never arrived for a work corporate team social.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Absolutely awful. Missed deliveries and no communication until the delivery windows have already passed. It also sends you an alert saying 'your order should be with you in 30 mins' but it's not actually linked to tracking, it just means that's when you ordered it to be delivered. Not suitable for work functions at all, avoid at all costs.

Amazing service! Often much more affordable and efficient than the better known apps. What a find!

Just Eat for Business offers a straightforward website and generally reliable service, making it convenient for team lunches. The personalization of orders with names is a nice touch, eliminating confusion. However, there have been issues with deliveries not arriving and unsatisfactory customer support during disputes, which detracts from the overall experience.

Use for regular team lunches. Really simple website and reliable service. Sure way to get the team into the office and improves everyone's work day.

We made the change to Just Eat for Business and I couldn't recommend them more! So handy that all of the food comes labelled with everyone's names, no more digging around trying to find who ordered what!

We ordered coco di mama for a meeting and my manager said everyone loved it!

Our company just introduced Just Eat for Business for our daily lunches and we are all loving it! We are trying out one of their pop-up's next week, which is creating a real buzz around the office.

Both reception and dinner were delightful to look at and so delicious.

My company uses Just eat for business every week for lunches - great restaurants to choose from and a good service overall
