Really happy with this nursery! My daughter is excited every single time we drop her off — no tears, just pure excitement to get in there. She's clearly super comfortable with her teachers too, you can just tell she trusts them. As a parent that's honestly all you want to see. Highly recommend!

The team is brilliant. From the induction at the beginning to the day to day, I can only say our daughter has continued to thrive. We are amazed by how much love and care the staff show to her. The level of learning and independence they are also fostering is amazing to watch. The feedback and learning diaries and updates and consistent enthusiasm to the development of her and others is wonderful. The team responds so promptly to any feedback. They always address my nervous first parent questions! Pickup and dropoff is always wonderful. I have loved getting to know all the staff and could not be happier!

A really lovely nursery, when my child was starting to take their first steps, all those involved in her care made sure to spend the time with them to help get them walking. They know my child really well, despite them only going a couple of days a week. Would recommend (and already have!) sending your child here.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees in Crowborough enough!

As a first time parent, everything is so daunting and worrying when it comes to choices, but with Busy Bees, it felt like all of that pressure was taken away and my worries put to bed.

The staff are so informative and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to get my child into his first nursery.

I would like to give a special mention to Lily-Grace, Ros, Kacey, Cassidy, Jodie and Jemima who have been a vital part of my little boys journey so far!

Great child caring. Easily approachable. Always looking after my child both in presence and absence.

Invoices are too hard to read, if you need to make a change you can't.
Staff need to change the children's nappies more often.

I would not recommend this nursery. My experience has been very disappointing.

The staff are often rude and unhelpful, which made communication difficult. I was concerned about my daughter’s care, as she frequently came home hungry and her nap schedule was not followed, even after I raised this with them.

Additionally, after my daughter left the nursery, I was sent an invoice that included charges for two extra full days she did not attend. This felt unfair and misleading.

Considering the high fees, I do not feel the level of care and service provided is acceptable. I would advise other parents to think carefully before choosing this nursery.

Unfortunately, after my safeguarding concerns were dismissed by suggesting my two-year-old misunderstood because English is his second language, and with no CCTV available to establish what actually happened, I have no confidence in your safeguarding process.

Parents deserve better than assumptions when it comes to their children’s safety.

I couldn’t be happier I have 2 Grandchildren in nursery I feel the have come on in so many way staff are amazing making sure everything the need is available.
Also the kids love it.

Norwich airport busy bees are the best. They are amazing with my daughter and she’s developing so well and I believe Jess, Beth and Lucy are a big part of why.

Busy Bees Clare Park has been incredible for both of our children. They have both slotted in amazingly, we have always felt supported, informed and confident that our children’s best interest are always their top priority! A special mention to Rachel in baby room, who has especially support both our children through their transition into nursery and Lottie in bumble who made the move up a seamless process! We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Reliability!!! Really need improvement on that. Giving notice on same day that nusery will end by 1pm or so and expecting all parents to collect kids is shocking!!!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for our daughter. A huge thank you to Jenny, Nicola and Jess – you’ve all been amazing from the very beginning. And thank you to all of the girls in Bombos 1 for the love, care and support you’ve shown her every day. It’s been so lovely to see how much she’s grown in confidence and how happy she is going in each day. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done and couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. ❤️

Our little one took a few weeks to fully settle into nursery life but the staff were patient and kind in helping him feel comfortable. He now loves being at nursery and his confidence has really grown!
Staff are lovely and can really see the bond they’ve built the last few months.

I'd heard some bad reviews from previous parents of children that had gone here, but I had found the tour and people friendly, and decided to sign my child up. I was told it would be 10months to wait, and although not ideal, accepted this. I completed the application, got a confirmation email and paid the £100 fee. 10 months comes around and I'm told the application was rejected. No email. No phone call. Person on the phone suddenly says they would have called, but maybe didn't leave a message. Didn't chase, didn't refund money at the time, didn't give a reason. I'm told on phone it would have been because I put in July as a start date and they couldn't meet that. Despite not being told this when I visited and spoke to them in person. Beyond shocking service and woman on the phone wasn't apologetic. Can't help but think I dodged a bullet.

My children have had a good overall ecperience and acheived personal development during their time in zbusy bees.
They are quite hsppy to return each time and enjoy every bit of it.

My 18 month old has been in busybees since they’ve been 1. And I can not be more thankful for how easy the staff have made the journey of returning back to work. Shout out to Sarah, Grace & Lydia in B1. Their communication. Their updates. Made our nursery journey so chilled and made me feel happy and at ease with the little one attending. I do early drop off twice a week, Dan is amazing my little one reaches out for him. And plenty of other staff in that room who smile and welcome the little one with open arms.
They answered ANY questions without hesitation on the orientation. Update the app continuously and do a great handover when little one is being picked up.
I knew I had a good vibe when I left after viewing many nursery’s and it has all played out perfectly.
