I spoke to 27 other loan officers before I found Brandi. I was tired. Brandi was a comforting, knowledgeable, no pressure person who stayed close to me for the entire loan process. She cared. She followed up several times even after my loan funded to make sure all was well. I am very grateful! I HIGHLY recommend Brandi!

The beginning of the process was excellent. Bo Lucas explained everything in detail for my wife and I to understand. More importantly, Button Finance said "yes" when other companies said 'no." Natalie Farraj, the processor kept in touch with us and made us feel that no question was less important. The only thing that I would say is that the process should be streamlined in first, the loan officer is in charge of the complete process from the time it leaves his hands and goes to underwriting. Second, underwriting need to have supervisors watching over them to make sure they are reviewing documents in a timely manner and not waiting four days for an approval. The waiting for the final approval was disconcerting and not necessary. I know that I would in good hands with both Bo and Natalie watching over the file. Thanks, for all your hard work

I had a fantastic experience working with Button Finance and wanted to give a special shoutout to Ron Monninger & Jeff Kreiger for their exceptional support throughout the entire HELOC process. From start to finish, they were both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making everything as smooth as possible.

Both Jeff & Ron was instrumental in guiding me through the application, answering every question with patience and clarity. Jeff followed through with great attention to detail, ensuring that everything stayed on track and that I was fully informed each step of the way.

I have to congratulate Damian Talavera from BUTTON FINANCE for the prompt Service this company provided in obtaining a refinance on my truck. The Button Finance team of Damien, Sean and Ron were great to work with. They were all personable, friendly, professional, patient and informative. They were gracious in answering the plethora of questions I had and explained the various options and procedures in layman's terms without making me feel ignorant.
However, I don't know if Button Finance has any control in choosing the title company but they could use some improvement in their processes, actions and communications. The process requires that the payoff checks get sent to me so I can in turn send them to the companies getting the payments. The checks were sent to the address of the property the loan was against, not to me. The second attempt at sending me the checks came to the right state but not sure where. I had to wait extra days for the cancellations of those checks before they could send reissue checks and get them to me at which point I had to then mail them to the correct addresses. This delay caused more interest charges to be assessed on the accounts that were to be paid off. I'm still not sure why the payoffs could not be wired directly to the bank. And not a single person from the title company called to offer any type of explanation or apology.
In addition, the company assigned as the payment processing agency could use some improvement also. The information for this company was included in the myriad documents to be signed with the notary. The first issue was the notice that the loan number would be the same, it changed. Additionally, the payment address was changed twice after I had set up the payee information in my bank's bill pay system based on the information provided in the signing documents. And setting up the online account access for this company was rather tedious.

Communication was great! Everyone was helpful and I believe I got a decent interest rate!

Button Finance just funded my new home equity loan. I had a great experience. They were very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed in Button Finance as I was put through several delays do to additional information and I have been at the process over two months only to be denied.

I truly would not recommend them to anyone as my experience was a waste of time.

I got a loan through Button Fiance and Jacob is the one I spoke with. He was reassuring that if I was to pay out my loan early that it would be very little interest but did not tell me I would occur a $1500 dollar for the broker fee. I have had the loan for 2 weeks and rang the bank to find out the $10000 I borrowed turned into $12494 dollars in 2 weeks. thanks Jacob. I hope this helps someone in the future to think about how Button does not tell you everything as I wouldn't of went ahead. It's called integrity Jacob 🤡
