Bought a turbo with exhaust manifold spent $900 for it paid $600 to install it and the wastegate was damaged had 1/4 inch side play. Called BAP they wouldn't just replace the exhaust manifold they wanted the entire turbo with manifold I bought before they sent out a replacement. Second option was buy another and get refunded later. I had to spend another $600 to have another turbo and exhaust manifold installed. My vehicle was down the initial 4 days waiting on their part just to find out it was junk. Would've cost me another 8+ days of downtime or another $900 and wait for a refund if I wanted a replacement plus another $600.

I sent their junk back for a full refund and bought elsewhere. I would highly suggest not using BAP if you want reliable parts with no issues.

Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam.

Ordered a a/c compressor for my Yukon and could believe how fast I received it. Had it installed and I am up and running.

I bought an AC compressor from them on Amazon. It lasted nine months and failed. They replaced it and then the replacement compressor lasted 10 days and failed. I wasted almost $1000 on installation between both compressors. Their customer service was horrible they refused to refund my money when I told him I didn't want another replacement. I do not recommend you buy from them, my experience shows that their compressors are junk and they don't care about you, once they have your money that's all they care about

Ordered a new Turbo for my 2002 Saab 9-3 SE convertible. Part arrived quickly as promised and in excellent shape! Packed very well and preserved. Saved about $1k as I paid less than $200 for a $1200 part!

A lot of online parts stores have lot's of options that should or might fit your application. It all maybe a giant waste of time and effort. These guys have a fitment guarantee as well as all the possible cross reference numbers. The AC pump for my 08 Sequoia was exact match.

So far so good! Exceeded expectations with regard to drop-shipping requested parts to my choice of shops. We'll see how the quality compares and if there's a need for returns, etc., I'll write another review.

***There indeed was a need to return/exchange a part! They handled it like pros! Got my replacement a/c compressor dropped at my shop and they swapped it out and was good to go! No finger-pointing or feet-dragging! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The part was at a very good price. 1 ur warranty (which very few places had) and free overnight shipping. Website was easy to find the part. I’m impressed. I have passed it along to a few people.
