They are scammers as many reported here, their website disappeared, I hope that they are not trading via another website and doing the same to other people. Trying to get my money back via my bank.

ByGamers are scammers. I bought a PS5 over 2 months ago. There is still no sign of it. The website has shut down and my emails have been ignored.

Ordered a PlayStation 5 that I never received. Website looked legit in the layout and had an address in Telford. Now website seized to exist.

Scammers ! Ordered 2 mother boards with them, after 2 months only 1 has arrived. I said i wanted to return them and now their "support team" email doesn't exist anymore.

We ordered 2 playstation from this website and they did not send and we waited almost 1 month to receive. And we requested refund and they said they refunded and we have not received the money back. We lost almost £900.

SCAMMERS - dont touch with a barge pole. MY son purchased a graphics card for £650. We had the email to say it was delivered with a picture of someone with a parcel outside our door but making no attempt to deliver. Shame they missed the Ring and when we sent them the video to show no one at the door at the time of delivery, they admitted a mistake. Subjesquently chased and chased, eventually asked for a refund which never came and then their email is now longer valid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a PS5 two months ago, it hasn't shown up. They sent me a tracking number which said it was delivered but the photo affixed was obviously of someone else's house and a very small package. I contacted their Customer Services team who reassured me that I would receive a new tracking number but now the website has been taken down. There is also a Reddit thread with plenty of other dissatisfied customers.

Ordered a webcam from this company on 1st June. Received an email to say that it would be shipped, and I would receive tracking info, but nothing came. Contacted the customer support email that had sent the confirmation of the order, only to get a bounceback. Now the website domain seems to be non-existant.

Genuine Fraud. Paid around £450. Didn't get anything. They've got my money. Site now dead. Not answering email. Basically, they're thieves. I hope they get cancer and die. scum. Don't touch them.

Yep robbed. Could someone on this website pls stop any 5* reviews (obviously from the the scumbags). When I got my ps5 I checked on here first to make sure it wasn’t a scam. There was 6 5* reviews in a row, so I thought it was a good website. For 3 day. So they take your money then close the web site down.

Absolute fraud. I paid for a PS5, then read negative comments about them, so opted to cancel as per my distance selling rights.

No refund, and no communication.

I'm down £446. They've just stolen it.

I'll be seeing them in court, if they have the nerve to turn up.

Made a purchase for Graphic Card and Motherboard in March - weeks later no delivery.

Asked bank to step in to get funds returned; Luka Kuncic (bygamers) surprisingly refunded quickly. However my bank account was suspiciously raided with significant number of fraudulent purchases to porn sites.

Two moths later Luka Kuncic is attempting to scam my bank into getting the purchase reinstated and have the funds returned to him. He’s given my bank two tracking numbers to claim my order has arrived. However, one tracking number doesn’t exist and the other is addressed to a Keith Chick!? (not me, I’m female)

Absolute low life.

Ordered a PS5 through this company. 23rd May 22. Received an email saying 8 to 12 working days for delivery. Since then the website has shut down no contact to my emails and no goods received. Avoid like the plague!!!

Placed our order back in April for three items, two web cams and a monitor. One webcam turned up strangely. the other two items still havent and won't.
Spoke to the guy on quite a few occasions and said i want my money back, he kept saying there was miscomunication in dispatch and the items were being shipped next week. He told me that for three weeks in a row and now NOTHING, the guys site has gone and im getting zero response via email. Total Con artist. Feel embarassed that i got suckered in by a nice looking website etc etc.

His name is Luka Kuncic, he's a slovenian living at 5 Chesnut Drive Telford TF2 7EQ
He started Bygamers in January of this year and he was born in May 1992.
His companies are still getting good credit scores with Credit safe.

This site is a masterclass in showing how you should always make expensive purchases online with your credit card for the extra security rather than a bank debit card. Ordered graphics card in May, received email confirming order and since then have had no information or emails since and nothing has arrived. The website also appears to be shut down and isn't connected to the domain name.
Am now currently in the dispute process with my credit card company and they are waiting for the merchant to respond. Either way, if this site ever comes back, I recommend avoiding completely.

Totally a SCAM. I ordered a PS5 and just like other, it did not arrive. For those who payed through debit and credit card, contact your bank for a charge back.

Definitely a scam. Purchased a PS5 Blu-ray edition from here, subsequently the website has disappeared, I cannot access any support or request for them to issue a refund. Criminals. Avoid.
