Warning. Never rent a car at this company. It is a tourist trap.

We rented a car with full insurance. Someone hit us at the parking lot. In spite of full insurance for the car we had a big discussion when we delivered the car.
The staff is very rude and is stressing you and are trying to get your signature, so you will pay a lot of money, even when you have full insurance cover. They have now drawed a big amount without legal notice! Besides there was only petrol for 20 km and flat tyres (and not the car we ordered).
Don't go there! - find a well known company instead.

Very smooth rental experience. The car had several scratches and dents. We reviewed them and photographed them before the rental. There was no hassle in returning the car because of this. There were no unpleasant surprises or hidden charges. Mario was a pleasure to deal with. He is personable and makes one feel the company can be trusted. Look for him!

If I could give negative stars I would. 9 day rental of a 9 passenger Van. Arrived early and offered to wait for them to prepare vehicle but he insisted we take it and was told would not be clean. Ok with that. However received vehicle completely empty of diesel AND adblue (fuel additive). Had 27 km of fuel to find a gas station in Rome central AND adblue additive. If anyone knows driving in Rome it’s a very intimidating experience. Never done it before and google maps can move fast enough to keep up to the pace on a mid day in Rome! Later that day after picking up passengers at airport saw that rear right door window was blacked out. Looked to be spray painted. Texted agent to say this van was completely empty of both fuel and adblue AND now we can’t even see out the window, we plan to travel throughout Italy. Agent said sorry for the fuel and this is how the van comes with dark windows. I advised that tinting is one thing but blacked out poor repair whatever is not. After many back and forth texts, he agreed to exchange the van next day. Next van was better however again gas tank only 1/4 a tank. I had requested it be filled before we pick up as I had just filled the previous van for €106 plus €30 for adblue and did not even use it. He did not respond and now we receive the second van without enough fuel to make it to the next city. We couldn’t pick up the second van until noon so what’s the excuse to not fill it up? This second van was picked up behind the fiumicino airport. At this point, we just wanted to get going and start our tour, so we filled a second tank and started our drive. Gas station was literally across the street. There was no excuse to not have it filled. Agent had until noon to get it done.
During the drive we experience check engine lights. Right rear Tire sensor broken and replace carburetor filter. Not a great sense of security.
Returned vehicle with 1/2 tank of fuel more than what we picked it up with which was fine. Then reminded the agent(s) now there is 3 of them, of the refund for the first tank of diesel and adblue (which should never have been like this) that I requested more than once. They refused and started to say it was our fault we filled tank and then ask to exchange the vehicle. I said no it’s their responsibility to give customers a safe and acceptable vehicle. They then started to say they don’t have authority to refund. “They are just little ants working for this company.” That they would need to charge €90 for cleaning. For which the vehicle was clean on return. I have pictures to prove. In the end to not stand and argue and get extremely upset, I filed a complaint/claim through Discovercars.com. The company that’s lists for CRent. Unfortunately they are only translating/forwarding my messages verses representing us. Yet they seemed to understand our concerns and claims or it was lip service and an AI response set up. As a good gesture CRent has offered €25. Definitely falling short. Exterior condition of both vehicles very poor and obviously same goes for maintenance of vehicle.

We reserved a car through VIP-cars. We had a slight delay in our flight, of which we immediately notified c-rent by e-mail.
At the counter, we were told that the car in our category (automatic) was not longer availble, and that we had to upgrade and pay for (double) insurance.
After a long and painful discussion, involving also VIP-cars, finally we are given a downgrade (same class, but manual) and could keep our original insurance.

So we paid for something we didn't get.

All in all, the car was fine, apart from the Airbag warning light, and the process of returning the car was smooth. However the experience of picking up the car, and knowing they want to scam you was really horrible.

Would not recommend.

A fuir si vous ne voulez pas vous faire escroquer. Je viens de rendre un véhicule skoda au lieu d'une Corsa que j'avais loué donné sans lave glace, le plein même pas fait. Mais le pire reste à venir la location ayant été faite chez Carjet avec assurance j'ai refusé leur assurance et aujourd'hui pour une soit disant petite rayure sur le pare choc arrière ils viennent de me faire payer 450 euros...et pire je viens de m'apercevoir après coup que c'est le prix d'un pare choc Skoda, je ne sais pas si je dois rire ou pleurer.
Ce sont des escrocs à touristes étrangers qui pourrisent leur magnifique pays.
Surtout cher touristes passez votre chemin. Louez à l'aéroport directement.

Ho noleggiato un'auto per due giorni in Via Depretis e il servizio è stato perfetto! Mario in particolare è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Ottimo servizio

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo noleggiato l'auto per un weekend presso la sede di via depretis e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In particolare abbiamo riscontrato la gentilezza e la professionalità di Mario che è stato molto disponibile con noi.
Torneremo sicuramente ad affidarci a lui.

Racconto brevemente la mia esperienza, cado in questo autonoleggio a seguito di una prenotazione effettuata con Do YouItali, Broker che mi capita spesso di utilizzare quando ho esigenza di noleggiare.
La prima nota stonata è la somma di € 50,00 per la riconsegna alle 23,30 richiesta del noleggiatore per una riconsegna fuori orario, mai successo che si paga la riconsegna e dire che era ben specificato ora del ritiro e della riconsegna nel contratto sottoscritto co Do YouItali, mi fanno notare che nel loro contratto e specificato.
Andiamo avanti, preciso che la riconsegna avviene anche questa non nel luogo del ritiro ma bensi in un garage adiacente che quasi non voleva ritirare la vettura perche giunto alle 23,12 adducendo al fatto che il Garage chiude alle 23,00.
Mi viene consegnata una macchina molto sporca, fuori con molti escrementi di volatili, linterno anche in condizioni peggiori, dovevo recarmi ad un matrimonio lascio immaginare, vettura con poco carburante spia pneumatici accesa cappelliera del bagagliaio rotta che permetteva di vedere dall' esterno quello che era riposto nello stesso.

We were told in check in for the car we had to pay an extra €150 as we were taking the car for 42 days and it must by law being registered to you , I've never heard of this ! Then they tried to give us a car with the wing mirror hanging off , this is not legally road worthy , they said to bring it back the next day and they would change it, we refused as we were travelling 600km to our destination. They made us wait 40 minutes while they found us another battered car which seemed to be used by a member of staff as he took his personal belongings from it , it had 92000 km on the clock. We refused this car also as we didn't believe it was a hire car but we were told they would cancel our hire and we would be without a car to get to our destination, we had no choice but to take it.
The car had to be started every day or it would have to be jump started with leads , then they called us to bring the car back a week before our contract ended as it needed a service , we refused.
On return we were charged €15 to clean the car ! The receptionist is rude and sarcastic, and it's very difficult not to get angry with her as she doesn't listen or have any customer service skills , I had to walk away .
Unfortunately every time I scan to hire a car in Naples their name comes up as the best deal but id rather pay a lot more than use them again .Renter beware . I would have given 0 if I could

Esperienza negativissima. Ti fanno pagare tutto quello che c'è da pagare in più perché ovviamente la cauzione costa 1200 MILLEDUECENTO EURO. lo fai ok per essere protetto da tutto. Ci consegnano una macchina di rango INFERIORE rispetto a ciò che abbiamo pagato. La macchina PUZZA ed è SPORCA, ma va bene così, non ci lamentiamo, pensando vada tutto bene nonostante tutto.
Al nostro ritorno ci mandano uno scontrino per dirci che hanno dovuto lavare l'auto scalando i, SENZA DIRCELO, 20 euro per il lavaggio, di un auto che ci hanno consegnato loro stessi sporca e con un odore, scusate il francese, di M 3 r d @. CONSIGLIATISSIMO, pagate di più ma andate da chi veramente vi tratta bene.

Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per due giorni e siamo rimasti profondamente insoddisfatti. L'auto che ci è stata consegnata era sporca all'interno, un dettaglio inaccettabile per un servizio di noleggio. Inoltre, il serbatoio era praticamente vuoto, con il carburante in riserva, costringendoci a fare subito rifornimento.
Non solo: l'auto aveva chiaramente problemi meccanici, con ammortizzatori completamente scarichi, rendendo la guida scomoda e pericolosa. Come se non bastasse, dopo pochi chilometri percorsi, si è accesa la spia di avaria motore, un problema che non dovrebbe mai presentarsi su un'auto noleggiata.
Esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare. Consiglio vivamente di rivedere la manutenzione dei veicoli e il livello del servizio offerto.

Ho noleggiato l'auto a Capodichino per un giorno spesso vado da loro per lo stesso motivo e ogni volta mi trattano bene e cercano di accontentarmi nelle mie esigenze. Personale sempre gentile auto nuove e pulite per me 5 stelle.

Hanno preso una cauzione di €900, ancora oggi dopo 42 giorni non mi è stato stornato. Quando ho telefonato mi hanno chiuso la chiamata mentre parlavo. Non mi pare di avere altri opzioni che denunciarli.

PESSIMI, ho noleggiato auto per andare in una ditti privata mezza giornata, auto sempre custodita al ritorno si sono inventati due graffi e mi hanno trattenuto 150€, vergognosi nessun servizio al cliente STATE PIÙ LONTANO CHE POTETE PER IL VOSTRO BENE

Esperienza assolutamente negativa insistono per farti fare l’assicurazione, non la fai e alla riconsegna dell’auto trovano magicamente due segnetti/ due righe che prima
Erano inesistenti. Ti chiedono tantissimi soldi per la riparazione di due righe.
