Ordered 2 covers over a month ago and have not heard anything back ive phoned texed and emailed but no reply i wish i read these reports i wouldn't have bothered ive been in touch with my bank to get a refund. Dont buy from these SCAMMERS

This company is a scam! Do not order anything as you will never receive it. Beware! I ordered chair covers April 2 and was to receive in 3-10 business days. Never received. Can not communicate with anyone. Automated replies, no live chat. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and taken out of business.

I placed an ordered back in February, 5 weeks later was told the pattern I had ordered was not available so I requested a refund. I still haven't received a refund as of 23/04/22. When you email them all you receive is a automated reply. Beware don't order from this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have ordered some covers in March, not received them I’ve requested a refund and all they say is be patient, will not be ordering again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering cushion covers. I’ve called emailed begged and wonder where the product is and there is NOTHING. I’m at a loss I don’t want to be out of both money and product but it certainly looks like it

This is a horrible, horrible company. i have been trying to get in contact with customer service who keep avoiding me and they never sent the product or the shipping information. SCAM

Cancelled the order right after the purchase, but after 2 weeks they didn’t refund me.

There is a very poor customer support that operates only by email or social media, but there is no responsiveness.

This company has the absolute worst customer service. I purchased the office chair cover but doesn't stay in place. I’ve tried to resolve this with them for over 4 months and after several attempts, they respond with information not pertaining to my purchase. They had me send photos, explain the issue several times and then they stop responding. I asked for a refund but it’s ignored many times. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so inept. I’ll never purchase from them again.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The slip covers that I ordered Do Not fit my chair. The slip covers meet all of the requirements for a refund as they are in the original package, and they are not worn or damaged. The company wants a picture of the slipcover sitting on the chair to show them how it does not fit and they also want the measurements of my chair. This is not in the return policy that they advertise and I’m not going to do it. I have already notified my credit card company to not pay the charge.

I would not give this fraudulent company one star. I wish I had read other people's comments.

Every time you contact them they tell you to b patient and next week. I think the contempt they have for customers is shocking.

What an absolutely rubbish company do not order from them they just take your money and don’t supply you with any goods and just keep fobbing you of with stories and excuses and you can’t get your money back

Actually this should be a 0 as my experience, like others, was appalling. After waiting over a month for my seat covers I raised a complaint via PayPal and have received a full refund but I have also complained to Trading Standards. Every one of the reviews I have read are 1star and are so familiar in their experience. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Cabrexa.co.uk is the same company as all the reviews are similar to these and also 1 star rating. I only wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Avoid like the plague.😡

This company is fraudulent. Says they have warehouse issues as excuse for non delivery. No goods and no refund. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS COMPANY

No goods received and no refund after 4 weeks. Terrible service.

Order placed and no delivery, eventually gave excuse of reorganising warehouse, still no delivery date. They do not answer telephone or texts. It takes ages to get an e-mail response. I rang Bank, if you do not get a refund they will pursue it for you with their fraud office if you paid that way. I told Cabrexa that if I did not get a refund I would continue with the case I had spoken to the Bank about and possibly report a case to Trading standards - guess what I got my refund after a few e-mails from them within days!!! Perhaps a harder approach is necessary when they will not listen.

oh no, looks like I've fallen victim to this company too. Wont honour their refund policy. They won't reply to any form of contact, quick to take your hard earned cash though! Perhaps financial ombudsmen will be the next step, I'm not letting this go. Disgusting treatment of customers this company needs to be reported! Cabrexa/Laura sort it out!!!

I'd have given a zero if I could have. Covers arrived and were apart at seams, impossible to use. They said they would send me more ASAP as I needed them for Christmas only arrived few days ago so asked for return/refund. They totally ignore you so looks like I'm never getting refund. Avoid for sure.

Ordered my covers, 6 chairs, and received two fit for purpose, 4 not. Emailed with photos and got a wonderful initial response, apologising and stating they’d send replacements. Over a month later, and some emails etc, still nothing.
Avoid like the plague.
They are liars, their products are not worthy of the price.
