S.Caffazini is the most pleasant and helpful man I have dealt with in many years. We wanted to change our coffee brand. When we spoke to him today, he told us more about coffee and how to make and use it than we ever knew! He even looked up the technical details of our coffee machine so he could advise us properly. Having used his company for a long time, I now feel we know him and have made a new friend today. Excellent company. My usual pods were out of stock. Email received yesterday morning advising stock arrived. Ordered yesterday afternoon. Received lunchtime today. Competitive price with bulk purchase and free postage. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased from Caffezzini through Amazon previously, but realised they have their own website and good stocks of coffee machine spares, some hard to source from other suppliers, and at good prices.
Even if you opt for the free (48hr) delivery option, you will receive 2 days later, without excuses.
All items are well packed, with Fragile labels if needed.
All emails/queries are answered courteously.

After searching for the best value prices for Lavazza pods on Amazon, I came across Cafazzini. The name rang a bell. After a little investigation, I realized that they had fulfilled some of my previous Amazon orders. I chatted with them on the phone and emailed them then, this time, I order directly from their website. Pods arrived after a couple of days and prices were between 30% to 50% less than other companies were charging on Amazon. I know where I will be going next time.
