We ordered fridge, range and dishwasher. Only the dishwasher arrived in packaging. The range has an inch long, fairly deep dent that looks like it was made by a sharp object in the stainless steel just below the cooktop. The fridge has a crushed corner along one of the top/side edges. We noticed the crushed corner the day after the fridge was delivered. We put in a repair/replace claim, but since our old fridge had been taken away, we went ahead and put groceries and INSULIN (my son is a Type 1 Diabetic) inside. The returns department requested interior photos, and then denied our claim because the fridge had been “used” for about 24 hours. If the old fridge is gone and we weren’t allowed to use the new one, how exactly were we supposed to store life-saving medication until the claim process was complete? Won’t bother with this company in future.

Transaction to purchase was abit uneasy, but turned out to be truthful in all aspects. My sales person was up front about everything, no extra surprizes upon delivery. Delivery personal were friendly, knew exactly what to do for install and set up, took away the old unit for recycle

Great salesman! Rob Adams exceeded our expectations and listened to what it was we were looking for when it came to selecting our next washer and dryer. He guided us through the process of selecting our next appliances and took care of the rest! Both LG appliances are working great and we are thrilled with them.

Both sales reps, Rico Miron who handled the sale and Sam Cichelli who processed the final payment, were knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire process go well . The company that CAS uses for deliveries also did an exceptional job; the two gentlemen moved the fridge into the house seamlessly, bumped nothing with the fridge (not even the supended light fixture just above the fridge as they brought it up the stairs of our raised bungalow) and did a great setup in the kitchen, including reversing the fridge door from opening on the left to opening on the right. A job well-done.

The representative knew his product well, allows time for questions, gives sound suggestions, allows time to process the information. The delivery staff were respectful and showed pride in there job representing the company in a positive light. To shows collaboration. Thank you for the service.

Easy to order on line. The instructions are lacking however and hard to find appropriate usage on line. Delivery was on time but they left it for me to hook up although I stall was to be included.

Our Frigidaire fridge arrived on time, but it doesn't work! There is power to it, since the interior light is on, but after two days of being plugged in, it still wasn't even remotely cold. We called the CAS after delivery number, and received an email stating they had opened a claim with Frigidaire, and were waiting to hear back from Frigidaire. It's been two days since that email, and we have not yet heard back from anyone. So we have a brand new fridge that doesn't work. We sincerely hope we hear back very soon and that this issue can be resolved. This brand new but not working fridge should be replaced, since a brand new fridge that didn't work from the time it was delivered, should not need a repair already. So as of now we are very disappointed, and still waiting.

The salesman Jason, was informative and helpful and delivery and pickup of my old fridge was scheduled in a timely matter. Jason also helped with a customer service matter that was resolved very quickly. We would have bought our gas dryer there also but they couldn’t order us a propane conversion kit. I recommend this company and will order from them I the future.

The salesman was good until he did not record the time I had booked the elevator in my condominium. This caused me great inconvenience including having to cancel an important appointment and rebook the elevator. The delivery people were excellent. Another salesman was able to help me when the stove that was delivered was not the exact model I ordered. The steam clean button is now easy clean. I would use that salesman again. His name is Rob Adams. He was most kind. The price was excellent.

Ordering online is easy. Scheduling is easy. The free delivery and haul-away is great. The product so far is as described. Hoping to get through the winter without unplugging this garage-ready fridge. My second purchase from CAS in the last 4 months!

I called to order a new washing machine and Jay was very helpful. He found the item at another location, and we completed the sale in a single call in just a few minutes. Payment was done through secure links. I was able to get free home delivery scheduled for 2 weeks (delivery, install and old appliance removed). I was sent multiple emails confirming the sale, payment and the delivery date. Prior to my scheduled delivery date I was sent an email with a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery I was sent an email with a link to track the drivers progress and I got a call from the drivers letting me know when they would be arriving. They arrived exactly on time. The delivery men were friendly, personable, fast and effective. They did an excellent job installing and checking my new machine. They were considerate of my home. I would highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source and will order all of my appliances from them from now on. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Delivery men were really polite, careful and professional.

They were able to help us quickly and get exactly what we needed. When we got home and panicked that the fridge would not get in the door, they answered questions quickly via email and phone. And the delivery guys were heroes. They got everything in perfectly, even braving the mosquitos and driveway of our rural property--they deserve hazardous duty pay!

The gentlemen who dolivered were excelent with mangine the washer/dryer. Unfortunately a tap was still leaking water so 3 days later (could not use the unit) 2 more gentlemen came & tighten the hose. The ubnit as of today is working fine. Where the taps r (in the wall) the casing was broken I guess because the first 2 men couldn't undo the hoses.

Quick & easy. Good information provided. Delivery was excellent, on time & old washer was removed & new one installed in very short time. Delivery people were respectful & efficient. Would buy here again & would recommend.
