Sales person was very helpful And pleasant

Delivery service men were polite well dressed

Would be 5 stars due to the amazing work that the delivery crew did. They were so professional helpful and knowledgeable. The reason I give 4 stars is because the evening before the delivery happened someone from the delivery service contacted me and told me I needed a special push connector to attach the ice maker 1/4”-5/16”. So I ran around the day of delivery to get what I needed. When the delivery crew went to hook up the fridge they told me I only needed the 1/4” line with the brass fittings that I already had on there the day before. Luckily I didn’t throw the connector I cut off away, I did however have to go and get another connector to splice the line back together. It was frustrating and time consuming to say the least.

The purchase and deliver Process went well. However when the appliance arrived, the delivery team noticed upon opening the box that it came with a small scratch on its side. They called the appropriate department to address the issue. After waiting 30mins without a response, they took photos and submitted a report through their mobile device. When I called to follow up the next week (also waited 40mins to get through), I spoke with a representative who mentioned there wasn’t a report and I had to file another report with photos online for them to review. This was very discouraging especially after being a repeat customer, so I didn’t even bother.

The service was really good on both sales and delivery. But one of the delivery guys took his shoes off and his feet stunk so bad my eyes were watering. Worse is everywhere he walked he left damp footprints (probably sweaty feet) and my home smelled like rotten cheese for 2 days. Even after I scrubbed with Lysol. The carpet area was the worst. They need to keep their shoes on with little foot covers.... Their service was great but the stinky feet killed it. Totally. Not sure which store this was. I ordered over the phone.

The delivery team were great and knew what they were doing during the delivery.

Sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and steered me to the right appliances for my needs. Delivery people were perfect and setup was exactly what I wanted.

Sales rep was friendly and new her stuff about the appliances we were looking for.

This is our second purchase from Canadian Appliance Source, and once again we were very satisfied. We knew what we needed, and the staff clearly explained our options without any pressure. Prices were competitive, staff were friendly, and the delivery service was excellent.

Canadian Appliance had the stand up freezer we were looking for when other competitors did not. We placed on the phone and the person who took the order was efficient and competent and gave us some additional info requested.. We asked about delivery to our home and felt that the quoted price was reasonable for a stand up style freezer and we confirmed we wanted to have this unit delivered. The day of the delivery I received a tracking notice telling me of anticipated delivery time... They were right on time and 2 guys took the freezer downstairs and had removed it from the shipping box and also took this box for a modest fee.. Great all round service and would definitely would recommend this company and do business with them again

The salesperson was helpful and respectful, allowing us time to think and discuss privately.
It was nice to get the appliance delivered without an extra charge. That made the price point lower than other companies on the same product.
The store did not have the model on their floor but it was available from another place (distribution centre?)

Ivonna Lobo the sales person who helped me make my selection was very helpful and courteous making the experience very easy. She made all the arrangements for a speedy delivery the next day. The delivery men were very helpful also. They went beyond what we expected from them, they helped my husband dismantle a screen and put it all back for us. They were very polite and friendly. The whole experience from purchase to delivery went smoothly and was appreciated by us.

Calling the local store was superior to the web page agent - faster and more efficient way to quickly confirm availability and pricing. Pricing was comparable to other vendors. Shipping speed and quality of delivery were excellent. No penalty with using a credit card, so the use of points and credit card warranty doubling feature on my card was an added benefit. Overall a smooth, efficient purchase.

From sales, customer service, delivery & appliance set up the team exceeded expectations.

Canadian Appliance Source has a large selection of appliances on its website with comparable pricing. Unfortunately, the site doesn't tell you how long it will take to bring the appliance to your location.
