Delivered a fridge on Monday. Completely damaged. They returned it and told me a new one would be delivered on Wednesday.

A real nice experience with CAS. Sales person (Brian) was knowledgeable and gave us a competitive price on our new dishwasher.
Unfortunately the dishwasher had a very small indentation on the front door but Treshna at the after sales dept gave us a couple of satisfactory solutions which we were happy with. She did this quickly with no hassle. I would certainly return to CAS whenever I need to replace a kitchen appliance.

after sales service is horrible
Customer service was very good, appliances arrived on time and the delivery guys were polite and knowledgeable. Turns out the washer leaked underneath and created a big mess. Sales will not help- you have to fill out a form and wait 24-48 hours for someone to get back to you-still waiting- phone calls are ignored.

Our experience with Canadian Appliance was very good from our first visit to the retail store to my follow up consult with the customer service dept.
