The refrigerator I originally wanted was out of stock, and I needed a replacement delivered the next day. Kenana recommended an excellent alternative at the same price, with the added bonus of a two-year warranty. The delivery arrived the very next day, and the delivery personnel were extremely professional and careful when removing my old appliance and bringing in the new one.

This is my second purchase from Canadian Appliance in less than a year, and I will definitely be purchasing all my appliances from them moving forward. Their prices are competitive, and the service has been excellent both times.

Brendan Donohue was great right from the start. He took his time with us when purchased our appliances a year ago. Very knowledge and professional. He then follow-up closer to taking procession of the appliances. He organized the delivery and walked me through how to pay on-line. Delivery date changed and he organized that. Delivery guys were good. They unpacked the appliances out on the driveway and brought them into the house and were very courteous.

The salesman was extremely knowlegable and helpful when making our decision. There was an excellent selection of ranges in every price point.
Delivery was on time and the delivery people were pleasant and efficient.

Order taking was fine, but delivery might have been quicker. CAS declined to switch the hinge side on the doors, leaving me to do it. One of the minor parts (a hinge pin) needing to be moved was seized in place and had to be cut out of the way to implement the changeover. I made a temporary hinge pin to get the fridge into service asap.
CAS was asked for an OEM replacement part but refused, claiming no parts and no service capability.
So, basically order-takers with delivery.

I don’t think I have ever had a better experience buying an expensive large appliance in my life and I’m well over 60. When I went to the website and started to chat with what I thought was a AI bot turns out it was an extremely helpful and knowledgable person on the other end a living person. Very impressed and I will always recommend folks use this company versus the large box store that I initially tried to buy from and was la stray with delay after delay.

My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable yet low key in his approach. They had a very good selection of highly rated dishwashers to choose from. I felt no pressure whatsoever. I was able to buy my preferred dishwasher within 30 minutes with a 4 year extended warranty all at an excellent price along with an excellent and fast installation team Blue Flame Works. The entire process from purchase to delivery and installation was seamless. It was actually a pleasure to have dealt with such a professional company. We will be sure to use them in the future for other kitchen appliance replacement needs.

After the demise of our dishwasher, I researched the replacement and visited a local store where I was not asked what I was interested in, given a hard sell on something completely different and not listened to by the salesman.
We left and went to CAS where the experience could not have been more different. Jamie showed us the Bosch model we were interested in, demonstrated updated features since our last dishwasher purchase. The price was competitive and purchase was completed in a very relaxed way. Delivery service was included and arrived on time. The installation, arranged through CAS was well done. Overall a very good experience.
