My wife and I recently had a wonderful holiday in Canada.
This was made easy by Charlotte,who from start to finish helped form a fantastic time in Banff,Jasper,The Rocky Mountaineer,and Vancouver.

The itinerary was great we flew over and picked up the car no problem. the recommended itinerary was fantastic and we saw such a wide range of Canada in a relatively short period of time.

For anyone visiting I would recommend for the majority of tourist activities will not be available in April and I recommend you wait a month for the "tourist season" to start. We missed out on a few boat tours but overall we had a great time.

The price was very reasonable. looking at the itinerary and hotels I was unable to get it cheaper than Canadian sky was. It was well worth Getting them to book it all. Was a lot less stressful and good value.

There is much to praise about this firm: the member of staff we spoke to knew the area we wanted to travel to, and shared his impressions and advice. The holiday got off to a poor start with very bad service from Hertz car hire at Calgary. On our return I expected some kind of invitation from CanadianSky to give feedback but none arrived. When I called, I was told they usually have a system in place to invite and collect feedback but that it was not being used pending an improvement. I was invited to email feedback, which I did. I was assured that this would be shared with the team, and I hoped for some response, but nothing came. I was also told that the complaint about Hertz would be investigated and that I'd hear the response. Six weeks later, nothing. I was so impressed by the initial engagement with CanadianSky, but the post-trip processes make me think they aren't really that interested once the sale has been made.

I made an enquiry to see Polar Bears my dream trip, Charlotte came back with a detailed itinerary, flights and option to hire clothing. I did challenge her at times asking for various quotes on flights etc. All of the staff at Canadian Sky who stood in for Charlotte whilst she was away were brilliant answering any queries. I have recommended Canadian Sky to a lady on the plane on the way home and to friends

Canadian Sky arranged an amazing three week holiday in Canada, travelling around Vancouver Island, the Rocky Mountains and Bear Watching. We had an amazing holiday but severe weather meant that one of our two days bear watching was cancelled. Since we have been home Tracey in Customer Services has been amazing in her attempts to get a refund from suppliers. Canadian Sky have today processed our refund even though they are still in dispute with their supplier. Great care and service after our holiday, Thank you Tracey.

We have just returned from a fantastic bespoke holiday in Canada which included Toronto, Algonquin Provincial Park and other areas of Ontario. A really big 'Thank You' to Charlotte who arranged all the flights, all the hotel bookings and the car hire for the holiday and she was very helpful with any questions that we had. Everything ran smoothly throughout the entire holiday with no issues whatsoever. We even had two weeks of solid sunshine! The Road Book that we received was extremely useful, too! We would definitely use Canadian Sky again for future holidays and would recommend them to anyone considering a holiday in Canada.

We have just returned as a family of 4 from a 18 day trip in Eastern Canada, and we have had a fantastic experience. Canadian Sky organiser everything efficiently and everything went exactly to plan from accomodations to car hire to the road book. Communication has always been clear from beginning to end, and we would thoroughly recommend Canadian Sky. Looking at our next trip already in either western Canada or the USA.

We did the Calgary to Vancouver 9 nights trip which was amazing. Everything went smoothly. The hotels were very high standard and the trip exactly what we were looking for without having to do all the hard work and research ourselves.

Rachel at Canadian Sky organised a superb bespoke 28 day Canada & Alaska trip for us. All the key elements of flights, transfers, accomodation, Rocky Mountaineer & cruisetour worked as planned. We loved evry minute of this "bucket list" travel experience.

I approached Canadian Sky to work out and east to west Canadian itinerary including the rocky mountaineer train. They arranged everything within my budget and we had the most fantastic experience and have memories that will last forever. They are a very professional company with excellent communication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canadian Sky or use them again in the future.

Connor was really knowledgeable about our destination which is Canada. He altered our trip several times and sought out the best deals for us.
Eventually he managed to put together a really good package of travel which included 3 people and a six week stay in Canada.
I will definitely use this travel company again.

My partner and I have recently got back from a 10 night multi stop holiday to Canada, including Toronto, Niagara Falls, Banff and Lake Louise. It was incredible. Canadian Sky were awesome. They took care of everything from transfers, to excursions and accommodation. Everything was flawless and went to plan. It made our holiday brilliant and we felt so relaxed and comfortable accessing the different parts of our holiday. We would definitely use Canadian Sky again and would happily try multi stop holidays again. If you have a sister company for African Safaris we would happily use you. Guided tour to see Canadian Rockies from Calgary to Vancouver, great way to fit so much in, most hotels were great, tour bus driver YQ and guide Stuart were brilliant!!, would like to have arrived at hotels bit earlier in day to allow time to explore on our own, and also maybe too many coffee/toilet breaks in strange places. overall great value for money to see one of the most beautiful places on earth.

I couldn’t recommend Canadiansky/Tropicalsky anymore! After looking around for road trips in Canada I decided to get a quote from here, they’re response was quick and helpful. I was able to make adjustments to the itinerary/dates with ease and we were thoroughly pleased with the package/hotels we received.
Car hire, ferry transfer tickets and everything included went beautifully, the hotels they’d chosen were fab, expect one (Harrison Lake Hotel) we’d seen reviews saying it was dirty but when we asked to see the room it seemed relatively clean, just it was very dated/need some love.
Canada is an amazing country from the small part I’ve seen and if you’re thinking of going don’t hesitate!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Canada and Alaska organised by Kevin at Canadian Sky. The first part of the holiday was spent bear and whale watching at Knight Inlet, a highly recommended, unforgettable experience. The second week was more relaxed on a Royal Caribbean Alaska cruise.
All flights, hotels and cruise were arranged by Kevin and the logistics worked perfectly. Communications with Canadian Sky were first class and everyone I talked to was friendly and very helpful.
I have already recommended Canadian Sky to several interested friends and would certainly take advantage of their services again.

Just returned from a tour of The Rockies with this company. It was everything I hoped for. The staff on the bus, driver and tour guide were amazing. The choice of hotels was fantastic. Couldn't fault anything I would thoroughly recommend Canadian Sky

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Canada- original booking was May 2020 so 3rd time lucky. Canadian sky organised the complete itinerary all the airlines, hotels, car hire, transfers and trips.
Everything went very smoothly and hotels chosen on our behalf were excellent.
They communicated well with us during Covid and when Canada Air changed the flight times.

An absolute sham of a company. Have stolen £5000 of our money, refuse to even speak to us. Won't let us speak to customer services, management, sales, complaints, anyone. At this point they've been threatened with legal action and still refuse to acknowledge any contact.

All is well until problem happened due to coronavirus, refuse to refund our package holidays cost, we have to claim back from our insurance, but our insurance refuse to pay the airport tax, was advice is travel agents responsibilities to claim back from airline and refund us. By law travel agent should refund the whole cost.
They took our money and where is all gone?

Been travel with them, but would not again.
