Ordered approx £50 worth of sweets for a baby shower, was due to be delivered the Monday, Tuesday the latest. Didn’t arrive until a whole week later, i’ve been emailing them throughout the process and post, responses were slow / non-existent. They refused to give me a refund despite the sweets arriving so late and unopened!

Ordered on 2nd June for wedding on 13th June which was plenty of time according to delivery timescales. Dispatched 3rd June, hasn't moved since. Have contacted the company via email 6 times, every time I receive a response with the tracking information which I already am aware of and have referenced in each email and a note saying to contact them if no change in 48 hours. I have requested a refund and cancellation of order multiple times which has been ignored on every occasion.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I never received my order, and more than three weeks later the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have repeatedly chased the company for updates, but each time I receive the same generic response saying they have contacted the warehouse.
Despite having over 3 weeks to investigate and resolve the problem, there has been no meaningful communication, no clear explanation, and no solution offered. The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid for an order that never arrived.
I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience!

Placed an order on June 9th and paid for express delivery. I received an email on June 10th saying my order is on its way. It's now June 17th and my order hasn't arrived. I'll probably have to wait another 100 working days to get a response from the company!

Over a week and order still not received-

Paid for my goods and they have not been delivered. All I got was a tracking number. The items are now 14 days late and they are refusing to refund my order. Appalling service, slow and unhelpful customer service.

Have ordered 3 times. First 2 times sweets were good although took longer than said even though i paid for express delivery. 3 rd time i paid express 1-2 day delivery and took 6 days. Bag of flying saucers had food debris in it from a different product. Looked like flavouring off of Bombay mix or something similar. Informed the buyer who asked for a picture and size of bag . Sent picture and info. Never heard back from them. Will not be ordering again.

Very easy to order sweets always good

I wanted to add to my experience of them sending me the wrong item and promising to investigate. They sent several automated replies claiming staff absence and a couple of personal replies saying they were looking into it however in the end I contacted my credit card company and received a refund through them. They just don’t care. Had I been treated well I’d likely have become a regular customer but how they react to an issue says a lot about a company.
