I bought an air beam awning (new) by telephone that I needed for my holiday next week, I explained I was travelling a very long way to collect it (4 hr journey) and asked for their assurance they definitely had it in stock. They assured me it was in stock and even checked to make absolutely sure. Guess what ..... I travelled there only to be told Sorry we only have a display one that’s been inflated in our old showroom (for a year or so) so how about we charge you the same price for that one we and include the carpet that’s displayed with it on the floor (probably walked on by hundreds of people). Needless to say we didn’t take them up on their offer and came away with nothing for our long journey.

We recently purchased an awning at an excellent price with very good service. After using it for the second time we found it leaked. We returned it to the store and explained the situation, although we were out of the 30 day return period they asked what we would like to do, replacement or credit. After taking advice from the sales staff we decided to use the credit against a different manufacturer. We are delighted with the outcome of this potentially challenging situation and would recommend anyone to buy with confidence from Cannock Caravan Accessories.

Fantastic place to visit for all you your caravan accessories, they have everything you could need and more. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

When we initially pulled up we weren’t expecting what we saw when we entered! Complete aladdins cave, literally everything for your caravan or motorhome.. down to gas & water fittings (spares hall or) upstairs loads of furniture and over 25 awnings on display! Staff very happy to help & pleasant! Very knowledgeable and I will definatley be returning and recommend to all my Caravanning friends/family 😃

The reason there is no further point in telephoning further, is because the store, directed and stated,” that they can not do anything, today, regards the refund as their is only specific people could do my refund, and as regards to the parcel being delivered to the wrong address, they would forward the message onto the packing department.. Unfortunately if you can not provide the correct staff to assess and be able to make decisions when things go wrong it’s not the fault of the customers, it’s the company...waiting for specific staff to deal with a normal refund for specific days, is not ideal, and why should I have to wait until they came in... however when this day they did come in, they did NOT, discuss, or take time to return my call, with me how much they would be refunding me ....., and it was only when I accessed my PayPal account , followed by an email from yourselves, I had realised they had not refunded for the damaged goods, hence the further emails. I am no mind reader, when these specific staff are available to speak that day or not..and it clearly looks like from what I said on the telephone in the first instance they had NOT relayed my frustration and upset as to how I collected this poor damaged order... therefore I had no option but to take my case further... I think if you had received the correct details, and the upset would have seen that a full refund was required, weather you wished to give a gesture of goodwill gesture, over and above for my inconveniences, that should have been discussed. It would have been nice if you could have followed up my phonecall when the said person was going to be at work the next day. So if there has been a lack of communication because you failed to discuss with the customer prior to refund is yourselves.. you don’t buy damaged goods and expert to only be partial refunded....picking this up on you FB , no wonder you have attitude problems, Cannock caravan accessories states on their reviews page..., “ Returns via website orders carry a completely separate returns policy to those bought in store. We do not have to refund any item that is not faulty “,. So my question goes back what is your practice if goods are faulty, do you refund them fully, ? I think that’s a clear question, it’s either , “yes or No”... in my case you ignored my faulty goods, and inconvenience. Therefore you honestly think it is I should only be refunded £5 , when the damaged goods are £15.99...

Just called in on our way to visit relatives as saw a motorhome lock on eBay which we thought we could collect rather than wait for delivery. Matched eBay price & we bought a few other bits we needed to - sadly didn’t have time to browse but prices good & great selection so will be back when we have more time 😊

What a uncomfortable unhappy environment to try and shop in. Very unprofessional and bitchy the whole time they were whispering pulling nasty faces no smiles very unhappy place.
My first experience here and last! I will go without before I would grace this shop with my time or money.
No doubt they will know who I am and happy to point out their disgusting behaviour who don’t deserve to flourish in these hard times. I was potentially about to spend over £1700 in their shop. Although this may be pocket money to some but this is hard earned cash to us.
My first encounter was being greeted by a dirty look and a miserable face when I walked through the door no hello no actual friendly exchange.
I then asked where the awnings were and I was then guided to where they were situated. I waited the best part of an hour looking at what they had and still no one offered me any help. May I add they must have had at least 6 members of staff!!! Then another family came in and they were seen minutes after arriving so I tried to get the owners attention who kept ignoring me till I had to shout loudly at her. She then nastily replies “I’d have to wait” as the person who dealt with awnings was “busy” with another customer (who had come in an hour after me lol). So I stood and watched this woman speak to this couple and she was vile! She talked down to them and looked at them with contempt and it was so sad as they were a lovely couple.
Anyway long story cut short the owner whose obviously got problems started shouting at me because it was my fault her “for sale” sign was wrong they were throwing in free goods that shouldn’t have been free so because I wanted that she was having a go at me. Pointed out the sales of goods act which she appreciated immensely Not..! So for the sake of £12.99 and her vile face pulling winking whispering bitchy daughters and staff I left with my purse in tact. You even had the cheek to tell my son off when your son was running about encouraging him to run about it’s a good job I didn’t hear that as he told me in the car how nasty you had been to him (to a six year old).
Absolutely despicable way you treated me and my family today I hope you read this and change your nasty screwed up faces and attitudes. Absolutely disgraceful and saddened that people like this run businesses with the general public as it’s clear it’s not your niche. Adele

bought some goods from them, needed an invoice, had to call them 4 times, finally escalated to the manager who wasn't patient and didn't want to help. Didn't want to tell her name, said she is the manager, the owner of the company and doesn't have a time for chat. No customer services, ignoring people and lack of knowledge how to communicate with respect and professionalism. They just lost another customer.
