Horrible customer support. I had ordered for specific model they sent a different ones. When asked for replacement they stated the one they sent is compatible with my device. Pathetic why show different device when you want to send the same stuff. The camera piece was offset and the customer support is not responsive.

I had a accident recently but capes indias case protected my iphone very well n so amazing my phone didnt get a single scratch too and its really drop proof and anti yellowing case thanku capes india for providing us the best quality

I have ordered Transparent cover for Iphone 14, it is too tight in size, it potentially scratches the corner of phone.
More over need to pay Rs 90/- for replacement.
This is a new fraud.

I recently bought 2 key covers for my new MG Hector (latest model) from Capes, paying a premium price of ₹1100, but what I received is NOT for MG Hector at all. The product is completely mismatched and useless for my key.

The so-called “premium design” is nothing but cheap, simple stickers, like kids playing stickers, and they don’t even fit properly on the MG Hector key. Capes is charging such a high price for something that feels totally local and low quality.

Even worse, their customer support is a complete joke. I tried to contact them through their portal, and they only reply with the same line: “One of our representatives will contact you and resolve the issue.”
It’s been days and no one has called me yet. No resolution, no update, nothing.

Their website shows attractive product images, but the actual product received is completely different. Don’t trust their website — it looks like fake products are displayed and published just to trap customers.

They are doing paid marketing and fake reviews, and real customers are getting cheated. Avoid Capes products and simply buy from trusted platforms like Amazon, where you’ll get genuine items and proper support.

Also, they don’t even have a proper installation video or guidance to install the product correctly.

Flop site. Poor product. Poor service. Total waste of money.
Don’t ever buy Capes product. It’s a trap.

Bought a IPhone 15 pro max and MacBook Air skin. Got both installed professionally
The iPhone skin fit perfectly and is great quality. The MacBook Air didn’t fit as the measurements were off. Plus doesn’t wrap well around the edges or hinges. Bottom wrap didn’t work either.
I’d recommend them for phones and skip the laptops skins. Good service though. Delivery takes sometime and that’s fine.
