HSR Caratlane branch is big time…

HSR Caratlane branch is big time scammer .Horrible experience at the HSR store,Yesterday i visited this branch to purchase a solitaire ear ring whose price was mentioned as 74000 by the sales girl SOUNDARYA SHIVANNA after properly scanning the barcode and price in the system, so i asked her to keep it aside as i had to visit some other stores to see other options as well.I revisited the store today to buy this product today(as discussed with Soundarya yesterday),however while billing today she quoted the price as 1,10000.When i mentioned her that yesterday she quoted me less price for the same product she was totally clueless & made faces as i caught her red handed.After which she did little drama of checking the product weight ,checking in system etc & not letting me know anything despite me being waiting for so much time and asking her about the same.After asking repeatedly she came with a lie that product image didn’t show up in the system yesterday when she scanned it so she might have mistaken some other product price as this one??Seriously???Barcode for every product is different so how can this product barcode will show some other product price in system??Yesterday she checked the price twice in the system and confirmed me that is why i tried this as well.When I confronted all these to Soundarya she couldn’t defend but only said if you want to but this product you will have to pay 1,100000.I also mentioned that due to this product i did not purchase at other stores which was of lesser price .After doing such a scam she did not have a courtesy to apologise also.If your system works this way then either your company is fraud or your employees who just try to make fool of the customers & forcing customers to take gold schemes rather SCAMS.I have been a loyal customer since 3 years but now don’t trust these people anymore

They are very bad at service
I placed an order on 30th march worth 26k inr
They delayed the order and made the process a complete hassle
They automatically created an exchange order without delivering any product and placed a new order. Neither of the order was getting closed.

After reaching out to them on X,WhatsApp and call. They just gave a auto response with no resolution.

Now i have cancelled the order in the app, only god knows when will they refund

I will be filing a consumer complaint and issue a bank notice for refund.

Very disappointing experience with caratlane

Very disappointing experience with CaratLane.

I ordered a gold chain on 11 Feb 2026 along with a ring and pendant. The chain was delayed for more than a month and I kept receiving different explanations from customer support every time I called.

I finally cancelled the order on 15 March, but I have still not received the full refund. Part of the amount was paid via SafeGold (eGold) and part via UPI, and around ₹9,000–₹10,000 is still pending. I was promised the refund within 10 days, but it has been weeks and I am still waiting.

Customer care is now unreachable and calls remain on hold for hours. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Requesting CaratLane to please resolve this immediately and process my pending refund.

Shaaya is such a reputed brand but…

Shaaya is such a reputed brand but recently what I faced with them has compelled me to write this and make everyone aware. I made a purchase on 2nd of Feb 26 and the product was not delivered even after incessant follow ups and on 17th of Feb 26 I requested for an order cancellation and initiate the refund. Till today I have been chasing them and there’s no refund no update from anyone in the team. All their excuse is they recently went for a software update and that is causing all of this. Now if a company is going for a software update and it’s a faliure then that is not customers fault. As you all are aware Shaaya is an expensive brand and my money is tuck for more than almost 2 months now. The worst part is their customer care is so so shoddy and lousy that no one picks up the call and on chats they respond to you after 2-3 hours and then they will close the chat mentioning you are not available. Now no one has the time to sit in front of the phone for 2-3 hours and await for their response. Since I bought the product as a gift after cancelling the order I went to their Shantiniketan mall and bought the same product offline and was promised that they have raised and escalated this matter and o shall get my refund within in 10-15 days and today it’s been almost 2 months that my money is stuck. I am being cheated and harassed like anything by a brand of repute like this and to my dismay there is no proper escalation platform who will resolve this. O just wanted to bring into everyone’s notice that this is what is going on with Shaaya and just be very very vigilant and careful before placing any online orders as they have literally turned into frauds. If needed go to other brands which are very nice and have an effective support, as I know for Shaaya I ain’t the only person suffering like this while SHAAYA MANAGENT GOBBLE AND DIGESTING MY MONEY.

I bought a mangalsutra from Caratlane…

I bought a mangalsutra from Caratlane which I use rarely. It broke twice and I got it repaired. But today the mangalsutra broke again and fell somewhere when I went to another city. I just realised that I lost it. I don't know where to go and look for it. I just lost a precious jewellery. Who is answerable now?! It is so fragile that we can't even use it rarely leave alone regularly.

Ordered in Jan not received yet …no refund

My sister has given order through online platform on 11th of Jan 2026 for a ring worth of 14245/- product name is infinity and beyond diamond ring. Order number P3B1DF70.
She has not received any product are the refund and there is no option for the cancellation on the app.
We have tried to contact the customer care the mobile number or toll free number is not working it is saying that customer service representatives are busy so thank you for your patience that kind of message.
I have mailed the problem to the complaint mail ID I have received information that we will look into that but there is no solution.
Idhar delivered the product or refund amount. Later got the tracking number from customer care through the WhatsApp In the tracking it is showing as it is dispatched when enquired in the Blue dart it is a they have confirmed through mail stating that it is autogenerated awb but the product is not been received.
This is so upsetting that is why I am giving one star for this company.
The issue has not been responded properly only getting protocol messages.
We are aware of something merging happening with the management level but it should not affect the customers.
This is not expected the company like caratlane.
All I need quick resolution for this
Hope we will get asap

Poor quality & Poor service!!!

In November 2025, I took a bracelet from Caratlane Hightech City, got it customised, added more gold, upgraded the carat, and even the quality of the diamond. To my surprice within 2 months, one of the small diamonds fell off. I procrastinated in going to the store as it was far away, and within 1-2 months, even the bracelet broke into two halves.
Now I went to the Khajaguda store, which is near my house. The store says it will take min of 4-5 weeks to get it fixed!
Why 4-5 weeks for 10 mins job???
Please be careful while buying ornaments from Caratlan, as their quality is poor and even worse, their post-sale customer service!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I never received my product, and to make things worse, they refused to issue a refund. There is ZERO customer service.
no replies, no support, nothing. This feels like a complete fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Regarding poor service for order ID: (EZFDBMMR54BFO-JM) for Diamond Solitaire of 0.52 carat and Platinum Mount Ring order ID (EZFDBMMR329DI-JM)

I want to bring your kind attention to above order made by me at the outlet of caratlane at opposite Neelam Ajronda Metro station Faridabad. Such poor quality service is being provided from Day one to me. I have purchased an item of approx 2.5 lakhs even though I didn't get it's bill till date. Moreover your caratlane app is still showing that solitaire is yet to be delivered. It all shows extent of misappropriation and total carelessness towards customer satisfaction.
Firstly it took four days to place the order after paying 1.5 lakhs rupees
Secondly no update was available at caratlane app on my login page nor any SMS update was being sent to me
Thirdly the delivery date was not confirmed
Mr Rahul manager tried to resolve the issue but no support from the head office level. I got the delivery of the product on 18 March 2026 after wasting my one hour at the outlet because of no final bill of the product was generated by H.O level of caratlane. So I have to take the delivery of the product on manual bill. I was given delivery with the promise to deliver the bill in the first half of 19 march but neither bill nor any intimation was being provided till today on 21 march 2026.
I paid the bill whatever was demanded
Now I am being told that making charges will be levied on percentage of total value of Mount and solitaire. I am absolutely confused regarding the process of caratlane from Day 1. I also assure you that I will never expect to visit any caratlane showroom in future where no worry about the customer satisfaction by Head office of caratlane.
Not a single call I received from caratlane about the delivery of my solitaire platinum ring. Really a horrible experience from caratlane
Now I request you to do the needful in the matter or I will post this letter from all my social media account to bring the reality of caratlane in public .

Worse customer service

They make fack promise.when it's time for sale they promise all kind of rubbish talk that we will deliver to your house and all blah blah. But when u say so they have many excuses.i bought braslet and for them to get fix they took many days by saying system is not working n they can't take for repair

I am writing to register a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor quality of jewellery and unacceptable customer service at CaratLane, specifically the CaratLane store at Vegas Mall.
I purchased a pair of gold jumkas from CaratLane with the expectation of receiving genuine, high-quality gold jewellery. Within a short period of use, the joints of the gold jumkas turned black. This is completely unacceptable for gold jewellery and clearly indicates a serious quality issue.
When the product was given for repair at the CaratLane Vegas Mall store, the staff casually blamed the discoloration on perfume usage. This explanation is unreasonable. Gold jewellery should not turn black simply due to normal usage. Instead of acknowledging the defect, the store claimed they sent the item to Chennai for repair. Surprisingly, the item was returned within just 4–5 days, which raises doubts whether it was ever sent anywhere for proper inspection.
On top of that, ₹500 was charged for the repair. Despite repeatedly explaining that the issue was clearly due to a manufacturing or material defect and that charging the customer to fix your own fault is unjustified, the store refused to waive the charge.
Worse, the store then kept the jewellery for over a month without properly resolving the issue. After finally collecting it, within a few days the same problem occurred again — the joints turned black once more. This clearly proves the repair was ineffective and the underlying problem was never addressed.
The behaviour of the staff at the Vegas Mall branch was equally disappointing. Mr. Chandan compared his own silver jewellery turning black to justify why gold jewellery could also turn black, which is a completely illogical and misleading comparison. Ms. Hemalata went to the extent of showing her personal gold jewellery claiming hers had not turned black, which does nothing to resolve the customer’s issue.
Instead of addressing the defect professionally, the staff chose to dismiss the complaint and shift the blame to the customer.
This experience raises serious doubts about the quality of gold being sold by CaratLane. If gold jewellery repeatedly turns black within days of repair, it strongly indicates either poor workmanship or questionable material quality.
Customers should be extremely cautious when purchasing gold jewellery from CaratLane. Anyone considering buying from them should independently verify the purity and quality of the gold at another reputed jeweller. Based on this experience, it is safer to avoid purchasing gold jewellery from CaratLane altogether.
This complaint reflects a deeply disappointing experience involving defective jewellery, unjustified charges, and unprofessional customer handling.

Extremely poor experience with…

Extremely poor experience with CaratLane. My fully paid order has not been shipped or refunded even after 20+ days and the promised delivery date has passed.
Multiple follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and store visits to CaratLane Jayanagar Store, but only vague “technical issue” responses.
Very disappointing online customer service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend to purchase on line.

I ordered this chain on February 6 with a lot of excitement because it was meant for a special occasion. Today is March 7, and it has been more than a month, yet I still haven’t received my order. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication. I have been following up almost every day, but all I hear are vague responses like ‘backend issue,’ ‘24-hour delivery,’ or ‘we are trying.’ Unfortunately, nothing has actually happened.

The occasion I bought this for has already passed, and it left me feeling extremely disappointed and embarrassed. When customers place an order, they trust the brand to deliver not just a product but also a reliable experience. Sadly, that trust has been completely broken in my case.

The customer service has been very unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the whole situation even worse. I have ordered from many other platforms before and never faced such a careless and unprofessional experience.

This was my first order from your website, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. If you cannot deliver orders on time or communicate honestly with customers, you seriously need to reconsider how you run your service.

Service issue

I bought love at first sight nacklace online against order number XA47E36F. I gifted it to my 10 year old daughter, she was wearing it for last three months and the chain is broken now. I called up their toll free number for repair or exchange. I was told to callback again by month end or 1st week of April or go to a local jeweller for repair because their ERP is getting migrated. Such a shame these guys are people buy because of the brand and their so called repair and exchange policies. If I have to go to a local jeweller then might as well I buy it from there why would I choose you and pay a hefty price.

I have ordered online from caratlane India and the initial delivery date was a month away from the date I have ordered . The delivery date got delayed for about 10 days . Then again date got pushed to 2 more weeks . So in total I have to wait for nearly 2 months without getting delivered and constant delays . Such a worst service and customer service is also not reachable . Even they can do nothing . Such a horrible experience.

Wrong commitment fake promise no Customer centricity I am writing to bring to your notice that my stud was given at your CaratLane store for repair more than in December month ago. However, till date, I have not received the repaired item back.

Despite following up multiple times, there has been no clear update or resolution provided. This delay is quite concerning and inconvenient.

Made a mistake to give the stud to them they are not trustworthy at all.
