Purchased the Dash Cam Pro from A J Ships Ltd. Proved to be faulty straight away,with the memory card disappearing inside the camera.
Absolute rubbish, don't waste your money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I chose this camera after searching Google for best dash cam 2025. A site came up from a supposed tech site that test dash cams. They wrote that Osmo pro was best camera by far. I ordered one & it took 6 weeks to arrive. Icame in aplain white cardboard box with no branding, I had it installed & used it for 3 days. Playback was rear cam only with crap resolution. Also the camera I received looked nothing like the Osmo pro on their website.I amailed them and they stated that the camera I received was a genuine Osmo pro. The reason for the plain white box was that xmas is a busy time & they sometimes use plain packaging to get orders out more quickly. Every other dash cam I purchases in the past came in a branded box. In regard to the playback resolution they stated that most users found that reolution improves over time, bullshit.I will make sure I look to trust pilot in future.

Before you spend (waste) any amount of money on a dash cam (for me, it was "Fool me twice, it's my problem"), you really need to read what others have also written about this company.

I simply cannot purchase a dash cam that has only a modicum of the resolution that I think is possible! The two basic components are produced by just 2 or 3 companies, with no continuing improvement research money used (5-year old tech).

My story: Got sucked in by an ad for the TruView Pro dash cam. Over 1/2 price. Wow! All these features. Wow! Maybe this is the one I've been waiting for - NOT! Same ol', same ol'. Same bad image quality. Same lies about 4K image resolution (confirmed video output was 1280x720). Same supposed feature bloat (night vison? Right. 170 degree view? Try maybe 75 degrees. On/off switch? - the picture even showed this one. Not on my dash cam. What a joke.)

With far too many other failures (suggested retail price was $129 - found same thing in a national chain’s ad for $14) to even tell you about, my recommendation is to buy the least expensive GoPro for your dash. No bloat features but at least you can bet on the image quality.

Abysmal service.sham or scam.I ordered 2 dash cams.3 SD cards.£146.33 from "dashonepro"lithuania so thought was safe.NO it was China.every message reply via robot.Tracking stated 7 days it on airplane now.I asked how long till take off ?sat there 7 days !.It never took off.I took out a credit card dispute & hey now they reply they will refund in 20 days.Why 20 days you took my money in 2 days.don't they want a dispute registered against them.new co.running only for 11 mths so people BEWARE.Buy from reputable sellers where you are protected in getting money back.I have to wait 20 days meanwhile they could just go bust.Why did my payment go via "checkoutera" lithuania to China.If you check the website owner refuses to put his name on the co.That seems shady to me.wish i'd read the complaints against them earlier.Check details before using !!..

Well after numerous messages & my credit card threatening a dispute;this company have now refunded all of my money.It has been credited back onto my credit card from the company.
I still say abysmal service & warn others "STAY AWAY".

Arrived, went to install it, didn't turn on, didn't charge. Took it inside and left it charging. Doesn't work.

Don't go anywhere near this company. They are an absolute joke. Had a dash cam pro whose rear camera stopped working after only ten months and within the twelve month guarantee. I sent an email everyday day for five consecutive days and have had no reply at all. Absolute shocking service for something that cost £59.99

Dash cam pro. False adverts of 5 star reviews drew me in thinking that it was a great product. Don’t waste your money or time. You have to format the memory card in setting ( however you are unable to do this as there is no format function as per the instructions) customer service promise discounts codes that do not work when purchasing second products and the dash cams are not compatiable with iPhones ( as I was advised by there customer service rep called Frank prior to purchase) AVOID this product and company at at all costs.

Absolute rubbish! Would not recommend this dash cam to anyone! Buttons don’t work properly and takes forever to load videos on my computer. Now it’s malfunctioning trying to connect it to my computer atm and it’s frozen. What a waste of money!

Absolute garbage!! Don’t touch with a barge pole. I wish I had seen these reviews and not fallen for the fake website reviews. Camera hasn’t worked from taking it out of the box and is only fit for the bin. I feel such a fool for being conned.

Although this item received multiple good reviews they were fake. Please save your money. Very small print instructions ( badly worded english) truly awful product.
I'm in the process of trying to get a refund-- not holding my breath. The best thing about it was, it came in a nice box

My wife purchased this camera due to the numerous fake 5* reviews on their dodgy fake website.
The camera is cheap and nasty and the instructions don't match the on screen menus making it difficult to set up properly. Absolute waste of money.

My advice is don't bother ordering it.
I ordered two that came prity fast.
On inserting the SD cards the camera says that there is a problem with the cards.
I have tried the cards in other devices and they work perfectly well.
The cameras are rubbish and the good reviews are fake.
I have tried to contact them but never get a reply.

Please do not spend your cash here,my dash cam which was a rubbish picture from day 1, then broke altogether after 16 days for me to be told I'm not getting a refund as it was past 2 weeks.company does not give a monkeys for customer, really really poor product and company go elsewhere. I'm giving 1 star because I have to.

Never worked from the moment I took it out of the box. Absolutely a piece of junk.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. The two dashcams didn't work. Messaged them multiple times in every way possible to return them with no response. Finally get a response, send cameras back as agreed with them for a refund. Tracked and signed for return and nothing... Once again they ignore the emails, messages. Whatever you do find another company to buy from these are a joke!!

Purchased in October 2023. Stopped working altogether in January 2024. Absolute junk, total waste of money. One can only assume that the positive reviews are fake.

2) It won't delete the files it recorded at first, either via my computer or on the device itself.
3) I started to receive this notice which I never got before:

Original unit worked for 2 hours. Customer service changed the receival date (no realtime tracking) then based on 14 days on reporting issue, refused to refund. Second unit didn't work at all. Now they want to send me a third unit. They can shove it. DO NOT BUY FROM ECOM7

It worked at first when I got it in June 2023 but now:

1) It won't record.
2) It won't delete the files it recorded at first, either via my computer or on the device itself.
3) Although there is a Car Watch Pro website contacting them is impossible (like most people these days...); when I sent an email to the address they gave on my invoice I got an 'undeliverable' reply; email address does not exist....
4) So I'm stuck with a totally useless dashcam which cost £49 and cannot be used.
I only gave it 1 star because it's a nice little machine and when it worked for the first 3 weeks it was great!

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS DASH CAM! It is utter rubbish!! I thought it seemed a reasonable cost against the good reviews but it's not worth anything frankly. Why? Two reasons: 1: The quality is v poor, mainly you can't even read car number plates, so what's the point! 2: No matter what I try I can't get it to save footage. I had a near miss with a car going too fast on a country lane near where I live, could have very easily been a collision, I hit the save button, but guess what, no footage!! I don't know how it gets the positive or 'best buy' reviews it does, maybe these are fake. Please don't buy this, do a little research and there is another company who comes out on top in a number of independent reviews. They are poles apart.
