Damged our car
Had the car cleaned at Morrisons Grays and they pushed the rear camera inside the bodywork, presumably they thought it was the button to open the boot. Noticed when we got home and went straight back to be greeted with total indifference, even laughter. We were shown a poster of how to complain, plus a poster of their own internal procedure for reporting an incident. They didn't take our name, make a note of our registration number, or take photos as per their procedure, so cannot have reported to their head office. We rang and emailed their head office who of course say it wasn't them. We explained that we understand accidents happen, but would rather they had owned up to it at the time, then we could have sorted it between us. Totally unsatisfactory service, I will NOT be using this, or any, of their sites again.

Used the Morrisons at Worthing one & they damaged my car! I addressed this when I saw it & the guy said I have weak paintwork & wouldn’t engage any further. I then contacted head office who weren’t interested. I’ve had to pay for repairs from my own pocket which cost £756!
AVOID this company!

AVOID they will damage your car!
AVOID Carpark Valetting at Morrison’s car wash. I put my car in to them a couple of weeks ago for the platinum service and their harsh chemicals caused damage to the console trim inside my car. I immediately pointed this out to them and asked it be reported to their manager. He arrived and the attitude was appalling. Refused to engage, refused any information for making a damage report and essentially was told I could do what I wanted but the damage wasn’t down to them. They are fobbing me off and ignoring me.
STEER CLEAR of these cowboys!!!

Had 2-3 weeks of dirt on my car, nothing major, dust, brake dust and the usual bird markings.
Requested a clean inside out, they offered a better deal for 30 gbp with extra wheel cleaning etc.
My car was dirty when they asked for the money, the wheel still has some brake dust (you can remove it easily), some cleaning water clearly left marks on the car (when you didn't wash the car properly).
I made a mistake to use them the first time, this was 100% the last visit from me.
