Outstanding service from the guys. They reached out to confirm I had ordered the right product as my iPhone is an older model which I was blown away by. Not many companies care to do stuff like that. Excellent service and very quick delivery too.

Mijn hoesje is nooit aangekomen. Ik heb ze een mail gestuurd en ze hebben gezegd dat het kwam omdat al het personeel ineens ziek was. Maar nu bijna 2 maanden later reageren ze ook niet meer op mijn mails en heb ik nogsteeds niets binnen.

8 days to create a shipping label isn't 5-7 to ship and requiring a signature for a $30 piece of plastic is unreasonable. Never again.

I made an error in the address online and contacted Sales. They responded immediately and resolved the issue.
Product is also amazing.

This company texted me to confirm I had ordered the correct item for my mobile. In fact, I had ordered two, not one, incorrect items. They promptly corrected my order, dispatched it, and refunded me the difference. They did all this seamlessly! I recommend this company highly.

They picked up that I had accidentally ordered the wrong model case (the screen protector I also ordered was for a different sized phone) and were helpful and quick to fix the problem and change my order to a case that actually fit! Saved me a real headache so it was really appreciated.

Do not buy from this store. I paid over $400 for a titanium watch band in Feb 2024. In January 2025 I reported to them the watch band was no longer functioning as the clasp would fail and the watch would fall from my wrist. They advised they would refund my money. I followed all of their instructions from sending photos to returning the band at my expense. It is now 23 May 2025 and after months of excuses they now say they have noticed my watch band is out of warranty. It wasn't out of warranty when I first reported the issue to them. Until now they have always advised me that a refund is coming, even asking me for by bank account details via email on 8-Apr-25, which I provided. Absolute shonks.

Have not received my case yet, but probably one of my least favourite customer service interactions in a while. Unexpected delays, changing the delay length from 30 days to 90, not checking invoices and asking to pay again after changing order, just not a great experience at all....

I had issues with my lifeproof case I bought from Hongkong-based lifeproof.com.au. They are so unresponsive but Casestore helped me to get a replacement. Next time, I will shop from Casestore as they are in Sydney and I know for sure that I am dealing with good people.

I was looking around for a decent shockproof case for my Samsung S5 for a good while. I bought a UAG Maverick Case from Casestore and I am very happy with the price, the service, and the website functionality.
