Absolute crap. Worst casino ever tbh.
I will never play again. It’s even worse than Yeti!
I have evidence to report them to our Gambling Commission. Only themselves to blame

Yes Indeed, got nice wins and good service. Remember, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

Absolutely worst site going staff don't even know what there doing as soon as you make a withdrawal they want you to verify.. tell you all been accepted then ask for something else so now money is pending and I can't have it they are just a scam site don't bother

Don’t use casinocasino they will
Rip you off!…. Stay away such a big con!… just spent £230 without any free spins or bonus. Stay well clear I won’t be using this site again. My advice if your tempted don’t,they didn’t even give you your Bonuses when you first sign up.

Never Play on this Scammer Website

Sebastian (16:46:33): There was an unauthorised withdrawal made on my account of 100 pounds. This is from a total of 460 pounds.
100 pounds withdrawal was somehow “authorised” and done while I was asleep. And the rest - 360 pounds has completely disappeared without anything to tell me where it has gone. Now I’ve read your “terms and conditions”. But it is illegal to withdraw from my account without my consent let alone keep the rest of my money of 360 pounds. Please find in the image attached the details.
Lauren (16:47:03): Hello Sebastian
Lauren (16:48:25): Kindly notwe the withdrawal wasn't made at 14:57:10 today
Lauren (16:48:35): We cannot request withdrawals for players his is down to them.
Lauren (16:49:37): The remainder balance was taken off as the maximum pay out from free spins is 100.00GBP which is clearly stated in the terms and conditions which means you tried to withdraw the full balance.
Lauren (16:49:49): We are unable to channge this as you had requested the withdrawal.
Sebastian (16:50:16): When was it made then? Because I have not withdrawn any money not today not yesterday. I withdrew 60 a few days back which got declined. But I did not withdraw 100.
Lauren (16:50:28): Also looking at the IP addresses on log ins etc they are the same as usualy throughout your casino history.
Lauren (16:50:41): The request you had made today as I have just mentioned.
Sebastian (16:51:29): Hang on. You just said that the withdrawal was not made today. Now you are saying it was done today.
Lauren (16:52:02): Yes I had said it was made on 14:57:10 today
Lauren (16:52:11): Please read the chat and what I have wrote to you.
Sebastian (16:52:50): This is word by word what you wrote a little down our chat “ Kindly notwe the withdrawal wasn't made at 14:57:10 today”
Lauren (16:52:59): I advised we cannot make a withdrawal meaning you requested to withdrw the funds.
Lauren (16:53:10): You had requested the withdrawal at 14:57:10 today
Sebastian (16:53:24): I was asleep until 16:05 today so how is it possible that the withdraw was today while I was asleep?
Lauren (16:53:48): So the withdrawal is for 100.00GBP as per I have mentioned per our terms and conditions the maximum withdrawal for free spins winnings is 100.00GBP so the remainder funds have been void.
Sebastian (16:54:09): But I DID NOT withdraw money
Lauren (16:54:11): I am afraid the IP address is your normal log in IP address so we cannot do this for players.
Lauren (16:54:24): Unless someone has access to your phone but then this is your ownsecurity.
Lauren (16:54:39): This will not be amended I am afraid you had still requested the withdrawal.
Sebastian (16:54:58): If you don’t do anything about it I will contact your legislator here in the UK and report this and show them this conversation
Lauren (16:55:28): You are more than welcome to contact whomever you wish.
Sebastian (16:55:37): No one has my account. I was asleep and this was done without my consent
Lauren (16:55:47): I am afraid we cannot do this neither. The request had been made which we cannot change.
Sebastian (16:55:52): I woke up to 0 pounds on my account
Lauren (16:56:58): Yes you requested the withdrawal.
Lauren (16:57:06): This cannot be overturmed,
Sebastian (16:57:56): But I didn’t! If I had withdrew the money I wouldn’t have been blindsided by my account being empty! And what do you reckon happened? I withdrew the money in my sleep? Or maybe my cat got on my account and withdrew the money?
Sebastian (16:58:06): absolutely disgraceful
Lauren (16:58:15): I cannot advise I am afraid as we cannot access your account. So it is down to your side I am afraid.
Sebastian (16:58:37): I will deal with this on my own if you cannot.
Lauren (16:59:05): Again you can do whatever you wish, however we cannot change this.

Scammers and thieves.Robbing people from their money. Games rigged non stop catching errors or freezing.Highly recommend to avoid those cheaters.

Terrible site. Only allow you to withdraw once at a time. So say you've got a withdrawal pending it refuses you withdraw again until that's cleared. Shocking rtp on slots always have nearest wins. Site is a joke. Games are rigged

The biggest scam casino in Malta, they belong to L & L Europe Ltd have 9 different websites allbritishcasino, casinocasino hypercasinono bonuscasino casinocasino funcasino racecasino yeticasino, yakocasino I deposit 2K on they’re web site witch I end up with 10k so went I decided to withdraw to my surprise they had to check me, they ask me for the most ridiculous documents and I keep talking to them for 3 weeks sending documents to prove that the money in my account was mine, they are scammers and never will let you have your winnings, so don’t waste your time in this casino.

Stay away from this casin They are scammers. Please do not enter this casino. I'm sorry to give you a star. They have emptied all my bank accounts.o

I was FULLY VERIFIED.....Then when you win £300, all of a sudden they require id,pants size, penis length and so on. They get around this by saying its essential checks bla bla, strange how they were auto verified until i won 🤦🏿‍♂️🤬🤬. Reported to the ukgc as they shouldnt be granting little back street sites like these a uk licence, yet they continue to grant anyody a uk licence. Avoid these, rude, racist staff who are as thick as dog muck. They also ignore your self exclusion request,as they just want your money nomatter what. I have £100 pending which im sure these scumbags will try to delay as long as possible

Some bad features on this casino, for example you can't make another withdrawal if you have already withdrew and it's pending which is poor to say the least. The cashback is lost on deposits if you withdraw, you have still earnt that cashback through deposits so those shouldn't be taken. the withdrawal process is slow at least a day if not longer and thats by e wallet, most others are instant or within an 1-3 hours. overall not that impressed by this casino and there are better ones

Feels like a scam casino, played 300 euros at 0.40 bets got maybe 4 bonuses on the slots where max win proberly was around 12x the bet, and absolutly nothing in normal play.

It just dosent feel right, ive been playing online since 1997 so its not like iam new at this, i wouldent trust this site what so ever and can only hope people will listen to the warning.

They promiss a deposit bonus on your first deposit as well, and when you make account and go to bonuses it does show and when you click claim it puts in the welcome bonus code BUT when you click deposit and they got your money guess what there is no bonus in your account just your own money, like i said this place dosent feel right.

I just looked them up as well, and found out they dont even have licens in my country, so its illegal for them to offer there service to us, so yeah that feeling ive been having seems to be right stay away all i can say.

The site it self dosent have all that many providers and there is no search options either unless you know the name of the slot you want to play, really poor that you cant search after providers.

So all in all 0 stars but got to give them 1.....
