The whisky I've bought is good and some of it fairly priced. Some, like the Bruichladdich is too dear.

The website is very frustrating though. Filters are applied and then when you click on a bottle, they disappear. Not only that but clicking on a product takes you to the bottom of the page. Links for products and events in emails don't take to the advertised page!

The whiskey they sell is not nearly worth as much as they charge. Try reselling your bottles after 1.5 years and value dropped by 80%.

My wife bought me the three bottle subscription but all three of them were scotch whiskies. That seems like a huge lack of variety but also, scotch is the only whisky style I don’t like. I reached out after the second bottle and was told they couldn’t specify what comes next. When the third scotch came I contacted them and they were able to send me something else which was really good and paid for return shipping on the scotch. Seems like they should ensure everyone gets a variety of styles and not just leave it to chance. I should have spoken up before opening the second bottle but I was trying to be adventurous. Spent a lot of money to only have one enjoyable bottle of whisky.

Excellent service, personal touch, nothing is too much bother. Had a small issue which was the fault of the courier, Caskshare were excellent sorting this. One of the reasons I will continue to buy from them.

Poor customer experience, felt like the ballots were pointless. Membership a waste of money. Didn’t renew for this reason.

Caskshare gave excellent service in, firstly, setting up my membership and then, secondly, when I made my first order of three bottles - the whisky arrived quickly and was superbly packaged to avoid any breakages. I look forward to going to a tasting in Edinburgh.
