Took my money and it never went into my account. Was told it was because addresses didn’t match. Took 48hrs to resolve the address issue but I was left without my money for 7 days because I had to wait for the payment to bounce. Casushi have no care about taking your funds. The payment should have declined or there should be a small print warning you this will happen. Closed my account after this experience and all sister accounts.

Site has got worse in past month
Previously, I gave this site a 5* Review. However, in the past month since they were taken over by another company the payouts are the worst I've seen. It's like they're trying to recoup some funds from the takeover. Sad really. I used this site daily/weekly and I was a good customer. They have 1 game on their site that I love to play. If not for that game I'd not go on at all. I shall be looking elsewhere now though. Goodbye

Worst casino to date!!!!
I have to agree with other reviews one of the worst casino sites to date never any promotions just a spin on the super spinner after you deposit £10 then have to wait until next day to receive it if your lucky too! compared to other sites who give a daily free spin and loads of promos. the wins are little to none, bonus rounds give you less than £10 just an awful site I understand it’s gambling but this site has the poorest payouts and worst games and reels compared to other sites might be licensed by GC but still terrible! I joined back up after I deleted account and will be leaving again and playing else where, I wouldn’t waste your time playing here very little winners only good thing about this site is the super fast withdrawals when and if your lucky enough to win something. I went and deposited £30 on the 3rd of may, they took the money from my bank and still haven’t put the funds in my betting account I am down £30 without even placing a single bet. I’ve contacted them and they say it’s my fault and can’t resolve this I have contacted my bank and they have said that Casushi have cleared and processed the payment but haven’t given it me in my account. Absolutely appalling, will never be using this again luckily it was a small amount bc normally I deposit £400-£800 worth

MY £200 withdrawal was not transferred to my bank!
I have played on Casushi for YEARS! I never had any complaints! Yet on 11.4.26 when I requested a £200 withdrawal - I received ZERO in my bank. Their transactions state 'withdrawal successful'...so, where is my money? No answers to my complaints..No ARN (when requested) for my bank to trace the transaction- Basically No Communication at all!! I am being IGNORED!!
I am so disappointed in this company!
