Didn’t realize when I uploaded my viral video to them that I was giving full licensing rights to them and couldn’t allow other big accounts to repost or upload my content for followers to grow my Tik Tok. After a week of begging I was finally given a “creator portal” in which my clips are just sitting there and I’ve received no money or “pick ups” from their “clients”. I feel like my content has been taken hostage and they won’t release me from my contract. I completely should have read in between the lines of what I was signing away to, but I was so excited to have a viral video I jumped the gun. Now I barely receive a response and my content has gone nowhere but my page. I had bought into the idea that LADbible, daily mail, etc would pickup and pay for the video like the cold reach out from their agent said. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Give me back my rights!!!

We were contacted by Charlie regarding our pub visiting which led to other things. We found him very easy to deal with from the start. Easy to get hold of and swift to respond. Only room for improvement for us would be to advise when and where articles will appear.

When Caters contacted me about a feature they were clear about what they wanted to achieve and guided me through the process well answering all queries as they arose and respected the limitations I put on what details were used.

Total ripoff on the deal they gave me for my video. They promised me that my business would be credited, and all I got out of it was a 3 second TINY watermark, posted vertically, in the beginning of the video, with the WRONG URL listed. This video was then posted to celebrity Facebook accounts and racked up over 50 million views. I can only imagine the money they made off of it without giving me proper credit or royalties.

A fantastic response was achieved by Caters News regarding my raising awareness for female hairloss. They were incredibly kind, professional and highly efficient with a very fast turn around and highly positive coverage in world media. It's a breath of fresh hair to find an agency who doesn't twist or dramatise truly meaningful and worthwhile messages. I cannot recommend them more highly 5*****

Several times they sold video from me and this video was been seen at leat 10 sites and Caters does not pay. This happened before with my videos and even with photos. Before in a review I wrote that they had become batter, but they don't

They won't pay you! They will chase you if they have a client that has interest on your story. They email you even it's out of working hours , they will call you, messaged you on all your social medias just to reached you. My article was published june 2022 i chased them after 2 months regarding my fee i didn't get a reply right away. When they reply they keep on passing the responsibility of the fee with their other staff. I email the client directly and they confirmed about the fee but still I'm not paid. It's December now I'm still not paid. So if i we're you avoid them if you don't want to be stressed
