Terrible Customer Service
I made a purchase from the online store in error, and emailed them on the 31/05/2026 (2 days after it was delivered) as this is the only option to request a refund. Their returns policy only has a 14 day window, and it has now been a week that I have not heard back from them. Their telephone line also doesn’t connect to anyone. I have emailed them again today (06/06/2026)- let’s see if I get a response.
