Very impressive! Ordering was easier than I thought it would be. Lots of different ways to pay for purchases and lots of different shipping methods. If it gets here before Christmas, I will be totally sold!

Too many DVDs have problems such as not starting out when they are inserted it into the DVD player or stuttering or stopping during playback. On some DVDs, the seams are so dark you can't see what is happening.

Too many of the DVDs have anal scenes that all the people like me don't like, condone, or appreciate.

Finally, when a DVD uses safe-sex practices, such as all the men using comdons, then "safe sex practiced" should appear in the description. Otherwise, the sexual experiences are compromised because it looks like they are fricking with dildos instead of with penises.

They put good customer service first. I got a refund of the cost of the movie and the cost of shipping it back to them even though it was partly my DVD player's fault that it wouldn't play.
