I was sent a fake jacket selling on their website. The item looked nothing like the pictures—extremely poor quality, cheap materials, and bad stitching. Clearly not what was advertised.
I contacted their support team asking for a refund. They told me to contact the seller directly, which led nowhere because the seller never responded. I followed up with The Celeb Jackets asking if they would take action against the seller, and they completely ignored me.
As of today, that same seller is still active on their site.
This platform appears to:
Use photos of real or high-quality designer items but send cheap replicas
Allow sellers to ship wrong items or nothing at all
Ignore refund requests or push responsibility onto unresponsive sellers
Expect customers to return items internationally at their own cost
There is no real buyer protection and no accountability. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam-friendly platform.
