Product arrived SIM locked despite being listed as unlocked. The company seemed clueless about the situation so I went ahead and requested an unlock myself from AT&T, who it was locked to. Luckily AT&T responded quick with an unlock code. Careful what you buy here, they don't seem entirely knowledgeable about the products they sell themselves.

They canceled my order without explanation. When I called, the guy seemed very rushed, like he was bothered, but ended up telling me they didn't have the phone that I was wanting to order.

This is my 2nd experience with buying from them. They offer good deals and their shipping is reliable. I would recommend doing business with them. Their catalog is big and they are very helpful and communicative with orders.

This company lacks transparency and operates in a highly questionable manner. My dad ordered a phone from them in September 7, 2025, but they failed to deliver it on time. By the time the phone arrived, he had already left the country, and the package was returned to the company.
I’ve been calling them for two months trying to get a refund. Unfortunately, my dad’s card was deactivated by his bank due to fraudulent activity, and the company insists that I must travel to New York to collect the refund in person. They claim they cannot issue a refund to his new card or send a cheque.
I’m still trying to recover either the payment or the phone, but I’ve received nothing but inconsistent and conflicting messages. One representative says they can issue a cheque, another tells me to call back later. It’s been frustrating and exhausting.
Beware of this company. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the poor customer service and lack of resolution two months after the purchase have left me deeply disappointed.

Every purchase i have made with them has went as smooth as butter. Shipping took some time but they were very quick to process my order. When it finally arrived I was happy! Their website is pretty easy to go through and navigate. And their customer service through the chat was very informative. I would buy again.

The speaker on the phone doesnt work as it should. No one can understand what Im saying. Its all garbled and the backaground noise is extremely amplified. I would have returned it but according to the return policy I had to have the original packaging and i could not find it.

The order was confirmed on 10/17 (a Friday)When I booked it, It showed a shipping estimate of 5-8 days. Then when I called to get a tracking number, I was told it would arrive in early November. I got another tracking email via Stamps from the company, and that said the shipping address was to a different city. As of 10/21 the item has sat at the Brooklyn shippers awaiting their acceptance. Nobody from customer service has called or emailed back. The customer service hours listed on the website do not match their availability in reality. I can't believe they have such a high score and were recommended by Google. It is a very unprofessional company.
