I am really impressed with the customer service in addition to the quality of the products. UPS has been slow to deliver to my area and they handled my last order carelessly enough to break one of the items inside despite the bubble wrap packaging. It’s not Chameleon’s fault UPS can’t read a “Fragile” label when tossing packages onto my doorstep, and they still reached out to me to explore other shipping options for future orders and make this one right.
