This brand of NMN gave me an upset stomach
I bought the NMN after using other brands without any issues. The dosage recommendation is a lot higher than other brands.
I took it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as per the instructions, but it gave me a really bad stomach. I stopped taking it and after a few days when my stomach had returned to normal, took it after my breakfast, but it still gave me an upset stomach. I stopped using it and bought the brand I had been using before without causing an upset stomach.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear that our NMN caused discomfort. Everyone’s tolerance can vary, and while some people do well with a higher dose, others may need to adjust their intake.
If you're open to trying it again, you might consider starting with just one capsule after breakfast for a week and seeing how your body responds. If well tolerated, you can then gradually adjust the dosage as needed. I hope this helps, and please let me know how else I can assist.
