Cheddar flow provides not just the live flow but also insight as to what they mean and also they have a great X (twitter) service with very timely posts on important flows. Great job!

The new gamma exposure feature is a game changer for me. I've been looking for a reliable real time data provider for this and Cheddar Flow delivered!

After Cheddar Flow’s response, I want to clarify a key point for anyone considering this product.

Cheddar Flow stated that they reviewed their email delivery logs and concluded that the issue was caused by my email provider (ProtonMail). However, they did not provide any concrete or verifiable evidence to support this claim — no SMTP logs, no message IDs, no sender address, and no timestamps.

I contacted ProtonMail directly. Their support response was straightforward and reasonable: they asked for the sender address, sending time, and message identifiers so they could verify whether the emails ever reached their servers. Cheddar Flow did not provide any of this information, which made independent verification impossible.

To be clear:
1.Export jobs show as completed successfully in Cheddar Flow’s UI
2.No export emails are received at all (including spam, junk, or all mail folders)
3.There are no bounce-back or error messages
4.The issue happens consistently across multiple attempts and different dates

At this point, this does not appear to be an “email provider compatibility” issue. Instead, it points to a lack of transparent technical troubleshooting and proper escalation from Cheddar Flow.

Deflecting responsibility without sharing basic delivery evidence is not an acceptable outcome for a paid SaaS product, especially for a core feature like data export.

Potential users should be aware that if you run into delivery-related issues, you may not receive clear, actionable support or verifiable answers.

I subscribed for one year and have done the tutorials which I feel are a must but when it comes to making the actural trades based on the information on cheddarflow - I just don't find the information very useful. I have other methods to find very lucrative option trades and will stick to those. 20% to 1200% gains are very achieveable if you know where to look and what to trade. They reached out to me and I responed and heard nothing since.

Very clean user interface that makes navigating the site really easy compared to other service providers. The order flow data is clean, fast, and incredibly easy to interpret, and it’s helped me spot high-conviction setups I would have completely missed using free scanners.

They also just launched their new gamma exposure feature which has been a great addition to the platform. This has really leveled up my trading game!

Cheddar Flow has become one of my favorite tools for tracking real-time options flow. The alerts are fast, clean, and accurate, and the platform is easy to use even during high-volatility trading. I appreciate the transparency and the quality of the data. Definitely a solid tool for active traders.

Best platform for me, you just need to be patient how to use this correctly, it took me a while but it gives me leverage on a daily basis. Give it sometimes and see how the whales manipulate the market. Power Alert is pretty awesome too you just need to wait till the position turn red at a certain point then ride with them. Big moves happens on a certain events/news. Highly recommended 👊🏻🤝

Outstanding support and education! I encountered an issue with my account and the team resolved it quickly. I also was a bit confused on how to identify selling/buying calls and their education content solved it completely. I've been using the app for over a year now and its options flow/dark pool data have become essential components of my trading strategy. Definitely worth 5 stars!

i’m just starting out in options trading and found cheddar flow to be incredibly user-friendly compared to other services I have found. also, James was really helpful in answering all of my questions about getting started with the application.

Terrible customer service and their 7 day free trial is full of gimmicks. Buyer beware!! Look at their BBB rating for further confirmation of this review.
