I forget my pin and my Gmail is not active to get the code I want to change my pin

I sent 55k to my chipper account from my wema bank account and it has been over two days and I still haven’t gotten credited on my chipper account. This usually happens to me a lot, but they always rectify it in less than a day BUT THIS TIME AROUND when I complained to the customer service, they told me to wait 24-48 hours before they can give me an update. 48 hours is over and I keep sending them messages and they keep ignoring them. This is so bad and unacceptable. I am very displeased with CHIPPER CASH. My chipper tag is @temsbabyy. CHIPPER CASH please rectify this issue🙂

Lately this past days I have been having issues with my cashout but I message them, and It was resolved. I love this app, and i recommend anyone who wants to use it. It such a great app.

Great app, great service experience, great customer service

The truth is this; Chipper cash is Good in the aspect of virtual card, but they have a very bad customer service, the worst customer service so far in my entire life. Sometimes I wonder if some message don’t get to reach them. Their virtual card don’t have security too, no OTP. Next thing they will do now is to reply this message like a robot.

This people are not serious. I made a withdrawal on 23rd of June to my external litecoin wallet which failed on chippercash and it vanished on my account meanwhile it’s still on my chippercash wallet address but they claim it has been sent successfully which I also check the receivers litecoin address and nothing on it.

Tho the response from the app was late.. I guess it's because I logged the complain on Sunday.. But on reaching out through Twitter.. The rate of response was super fast and the problem was solved in no time...

Most useless app ever!!! How can they deactivate your dollar card just after 2 days when it was their fault they were having issues with their top up for those two days. AVOID !!!

They’re the worst! It’s scam! Don’t open an account with them. I sent money from my bank account to shipper for days and they didn’t credit my chipper Acct. They don’t respond to complains and they’ll block you when you tell them about your issue. I give them a minus 2

Just yesterday afternoon I sent 40k from my opay to my chipper cash I was debited from my opay account but I never got the money on my chipper cash account.
I chatted with one of their support officer and I was told that my complain has been sent to their finance officer and that I'll get a message from them in the next 24 or 48 hours meanwhile what I want to use it for will end today

Till now , no response with screenshots of transaction sent to my chipper account number as proof , yet nothing ...
They published an in app on screen message about resolving there account issues...and what do u have to say about transactions lost or money unaccounted for...
Isn't it stupid if a bank suddenly start complaining about there account numbers , is big joke ?
Please someone should help me file a proper case with this dubious organisation .

i made a transaction yesterday to my chippercash account, up until now it's yet to reflect on my account, I've tried sending mails, as well as reaching out to them through their various social media outlets, yet no avail. if there was a network glitch, shouldn't that be communicated to the customers? these are peoples livelihood we're talking about. the customer service is poor, take days or sometimes weeks before replying, this is not professional in my opinion, hoping they'll see this and try to fix the bugs in their system

So the sum of 161512 disappeared feom my account mysteriously. Chipper cash decides to keep mute in it despite several messages to them.... Chipper cash itself has scammers working within their organization.... Horrible

I got a well follow up on my failed transaction and it was resolved amicably

Was working well until Google pay refunded $2 to me. They sent a notice that they will start charging for the virtual cards. Since I already had one I felt safe. I got the card for free assuming they were making the cost back in their high exchange rate N800 to $1.

Fast forward to the refund. I logged in to see that I no longer had a dollar card. It wasn't on hold, no, it no longer existed. Shabi they would have sent a message specifying to those with free cards that the card was temporary, and we should pay for the card.
I contact their customer care to find out what happened and see if I can retrieve the card, and find out what happened. Till date my message has not been read.

I'll never suggest using an app with this terrible of a customer service. I can no longer trust them. And would suggest looking into other apps and testing their customer service before use.

To keep it simple & short, customer service was great. Reach out to them on social media and they’ll be right with you.
