If you use HubSpot (or any other suported CRM) this is a great phone system. And their month by month plans are a refreshing approach to telecoms.
Best sales experience ever
Circle Loop staff (Imogen thank you!) were very helpful in onboarding me to Circle Loop - they called me back (an international number!) with answers to my questions if they didn't know the answer offhand, negotiated a discount on my behalf as an ed startup and had a Hong Kong card processing capability added just for my convenience. Great service and still improving all the time.
I first heard about CircleLoop a few years ago at a marketing event and was immediately intrigued. The service is absolutely excellent - great call quality, reliability and pricing.
However, the thing that impresses me the most is the continual improvements. CircleLoop constantly adds thoughtful features and incremental improvements which really show that they care about the service and its users. Quite probably the best VoIP service available.
Easy to Set-up and Easy to Manage
Having been a user of number Telephony systems for the past 15 years, this is the best value and easiest to use i've seen.
I've 8 users on the system which I originally set-up as a back-up solution for my previous VOIP system. It took 30 minutes to set-up and i've been that impressed with it, it's now the core telephony system for my business.
Was disappointed at first but I can see trying to do their best
I felt I should update my review as I was very disappointed with the porting of my numbers. However, Circle Loom have since made contact and explained the situation and are credit the porting charges. I am okay for now. Hopefully, the porting of the numbers should now go through.

OK, but message transcription element hopeless
We signed up to this under the trial scheme. On the whole it's worked well for us so far.
The message (voice > text) transcription element is usually wildly inaccurate and often makes genuine requests for help appear as spam; we advise our responders to ignore that 'feature'.

Circleloop has always given great service and their system integrates really well with Zoho CRM. All of the team tech and sales respond quickly to any requests.

Great product
The small, semi-rural Mutual Aid Group to which I belong wanted to set up a telephone befriender service during COVID. I did quite a lot of research first into the different products on the market, and couldn't be happier with the CircleLoop app and their customer service. It does exactly what it says on the tin. We did have a few problems with set up (through total inexperience on our part) and the team couldnt have been nicer or more patient. We have been using it for over three months now and I definitely recommend.

It's hard to get customer service right, especially in the tech world - but Circleloop have hit the nail on the head!

It is great to make a really positive…
It is great to make a really positive recommendation about the service provided by CircleLoop. From demo through to implementation the team at Circleloop have made the process easy and been there for support through the transition.
Great communication and product knoledge throughout the process has enabled us to ditch all our desk telephones and use the app on our iPhones. It works seamlessly and we have gained more space on our desk too.
It is so easy to use in / out the office and to transfer calls on the move. I wish we had implemented this service sooner.

A modern and Professional Voip Service
Having trialled Circleloop's product we decided their service is vastly superior to that of our then current Voip provider. Transferring our business to Circleloop couldn't have been easier. The PSTN porting completed on the promised day (and within the quoted time-window) and the transition to Circleloop's excellent desktop and mobile softphones and re-configuring our desk-sets is a simple and vey rewarding exercise. Circleloop is thoroughly recommended.

Great functionality and so easy to set up
We needed a community wide hot line to maintain regular contact with over 60 people self-isolating during Covid 19. Circleloop was the perfect solution; easy to set up and truly flexible to do what we needed to do - even though when it was designed no one was thinking about a national lock down. I can thoroughly recommend.

Seriously wished I had gone to these guys in the beginning. Had a hell of a time with one of their competitors but thank goodness I found CircleLoop, they were attentive and prompt to react. I'm a happy bunny now and up and running successfully, thank you so much Zac and Dominic! :))

CicleLoop: welcome to our Team!
We're a team of volunteers who during the Coronavirus epidemic get food and medication to people in this town of some 27,000 inhabitants, some of whom have had to self-isolate. In very short order we worked a system which uses just one phone line (on-line requests were also possible, so it wasn't as overloaded as it sounds). That line had to be diverted to one of a team who fielded calls for help. In practice that divert meant a visit to a church hall three times a day when a code and the new number had to be entered, and the diversion then checked.
From first view of what CircleLoop could do I knew there was a way it could help us. We looked very carefully, bearing in mind that we have no guaranteed onward funding. Although we could have had a large number of users free for the first three months, we decided to go for a more basic option for sustainability. That meant using the "out of hours" capability on CircleLoop, plus recorded messages when lines were unmanned at night and part of the weekend.
It's not what CircleLoop is all about, not really, but using it has removed the need for those 3-daily visits which were shared by two people. We've even spread the 3-daily diverts around 3 or 4 people so that disruption is minimal.
We have a lot of Volunteers who are proud to be part of this effort for the town, and a lot of needy residents for whom the effort has been a lifeline and who record their appreciation regularly. CircleLoop has been and continues to be a part of that. This reach out, then, is to say thank you to CircleLoop for being there and for the generosity in providing the service gratis for three months. You have played and continue to play an important and reliable part in what we continue to do and are, really, a part of our Team.

We were very lucky to find CircleLoop just before the country locked down in March. CircleLoop generously offered health and social care companies a temporary cost free solution. We have an on premise phone system and we have been able to tag the CircleLoop system onto ours. This has meant that our staff can safely work from home and answer calls in the same groups they had been answered in the office. The setup was very easy and the system is simple to use. Support has always been forthcoming and any issues quickly resolved. We are extremely grateful to the team at CircleLoop for making the transition so easy.
