Excellent service extremely professional and provided everything needed

I recently used CJ Bloor Property Consultants Ltd for a Level 3 survey, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, helpful, and extremely efficient. The survey was carried out promptly, and the report was delivered very swiftly—clear, detailed, and easy to understand.

They took the time to explain their findings and answered all my questions, which gave me real confidence in the process. I’d definitely recommend CJ Bloor to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable property survey.

Efficient and quick. Would recommend.

Excellent, would highly recommend this company. Survey completed for our house we intend to buy. Booking process was easy and seamless, they visited promptly and the report is excellent. Very detailed and thorough would recommend to anyone purchasing a home.

I had a positive experience. They provided great insight into my property purchase that will inform my buying decisions. Very happy all round. Thank you.

Kept up to date throughout the process. Given a telephone call after the survey had been completed to give me a brief rundown of faults found. Received a thorough detailed written report of the survey a few days later, which was easy to understand. Would recommend.

Very prompt service, detailed information, and good communication.

Fantastic experience. Efficient company who really helped me with a quick valuation appointment and report. Very approachable and friendly service too. Thank you

Highly recommended to use CJ services.

Chris and the team do a great job and respond on time and without fail.

Good clear website and easy booking process. Regular updates by email and text (reducing risk of delay by 'lost' emails)

The report was detailed as expected and provided all the information we required along with additional items we might consider looking at further.

Would definitely look to use again when we next move

Amazing service, great communication fast response!

Our survey was done promptly and the report was extremely detailed. We now know that the property we are buying matches the price we have agreed and the surveyor has clearly explained work that needs to be done. The report arrived within five days as promised.

My request was dealt with really quickly. I needed a Red valuation for a probate submission. My experience with approximately 6 other companies was that they were quoting double the price, and double the timescale ! The required report was very professional and delivered 2 days early.

Spot on service- quick and informative at all times

Fantastic turnaround from payment to report in 4 days. The report was clear with pictures.

Extremely straight forward, affordable and hassle free! Would definitely use them again!

Spoke through the process with me when booking and were very helpful when we potentially had to move the survey due to problems with the chain. Survey and report were thorough. The report was easy to read by being broken down into clear sections as well as being scored well to understand severity of problems. Clear advice on how to deal with any problems found.
