Just had a bathroom delivered brilliant service from a very professional team ,unfortunately I didn't get their names ,happy to answer any questions and were excellent at problem solving .

Via Bol.com keycords besteld. "Vandaag besteld - morgen in huis". Na vier dagen nog geen bericht en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Mail wordt "binnen twee dagen beantwoord" maar lukt kennelijk ook niet. Na een week bericht van Bol dat de levering is geannuleerd. Niet fijn als je denkt ze ruim op tijd voor een evenement besteld te hebben.

Completely irresponsible and dishonest company that deceives clients. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work with these clowns.

I placed an order on Amazon. For days the provided shipping number didn't work, then the package was stuck for almost 14 days in the UK and CKB hasn't done a thing to solve the problem. Several times they came up with excuses for the delay of shipping the order. Unfortunately that was only deceptive.

They ignored a notice of default and abused Amazon's system to avoid liability for their failure. Even though I explained them exactly how things work under UK consumer law they are absolutely reluctant to fulfill their obligations of the agreement and therewith completely disrespect the law and consumer rights.

Fantastic service! I ordered a Snug Rug women's oversized fleece hoodie sweatshirt blanket late at night on 27th Dec, which was a Sunday AND a bank holiday, and received my item on the morning of Wednesday the 30th Dec! I could not be more impressed with the service and quality of the item.

I didn't receive what I was expecting - I misunderstood their website. But their customer service was most understanding and sent a replacement without an additional postage charge. THAT is SERVICE! My only reservation is that the actual product images on the site are in a feint background shadow - whereas what appears to be what one is ordering is in fact more of a banner describing the goods. Even my replacement goods were not what I want - because I thought the bold image and description matched! But I received the goods shown as a skeleton background image. If they resolve that - or you are brighter than I am - this is an excellent firm to deal with.

At our church we run various groups, each now have their own coloured lanyard and badge - helps us to know one another quicker. Great product delivered quickly

Ordered a very inexpensive bell. Arrived very quickly. Small but loud enough to hear and the light indicator is brilliant if I'm not wearing my hearing aid. Would recommend the product and this company. It's a no brainer.

Works really well with a very quiet motor. Early days, but construction seems of good quality and fairly robust. Item was well packed and speedily delivered.
