Lovely products, brilliant customer service
I've always received lovely products from them. From the cosy star fleece blankets, which were incredibly useful when my daughter was little and in her carrier, to the 3-in-1 climbing set I've recently bought now she's older, everything has been excellent quality.
On a rare occasion I've had an issue, their customer service has been fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Moses basket and stand set
Ordered a Moses basket and stand. When assembled the basket was a bit too big for the mattress which was a shame. Called customer services - friendly person in the UK picked up on the first ring!!! After a quick chat and emailing a picture. They sent another basket that arrived quickly and was a perfect fit.
Disappointing initially but then 5 star customer service.

Robyn from the customer service team was an absolute credit to the company, I managed to lose the screws to my 6 in 1 high chair. So I contacted the company to see if they’ll tell me what type they are, so I could purchase them. The company offered to send them out, for free. Never been so blow away with the level of customer support.

Even though the original delivery was not delivered by the Yodel courier, Robyn in customer services was brilliant in her responsiveness. I cant praise her customer services skills enough. Second shipment was delivered excellently by FedEx. Product is lovely and good value.
