Communication was very good. They were unable to deliver at the first attempt as an issue with road width, but quickly rearranged delivery with a smaller vehicle. On delivery the driver was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Ordered some picket gates & fittings. Very easy to order online. Delivery date was notified by email and driver was very friendly and helpful.

Website very easy to use, in-store staff always friendly and helpful, delivery is always prompt and the pricing is always very competitive and unbeatable when it comes to timber. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Very nice website excellent stock and very friendly staff. Even the delivery drivers can't do enough to help you

Great prices and prompt delivery. I'd looked elsewhere these were just as good and it's sorting a local company so even better. Will use again.

Great communication from order through to delivery to a complicated farm address

delivered on time, helpful and friendly driver

Driver was brilliant considering I didn’t let them know how small my road was for delivery. Very polite and considerate

The only thing to mention we found the web site confusing it seemed scattered all over the place. Alas we found what was needed.

Excellent all round, easy online ordering, very good delivery

Always exceptional service from this company , thank you 😊

Easy order. Fast delivery and super service. Having used other companies previously I wish I had discovered this company sooner. If you live in East Anglia it's the best ,and In my experience ,the only option if you want value for money and fast easy delivery.

Delivered on time and as expected

An excellent service.
The care and kindness of the delivery staff was exceptional.
Thank you so much.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The delivery driver was very professional, unloaded safely, had a very brief chat, then left. The product quality was good. Will definitely be using Clarkes again.

Supplied everything correctly on their own transport at stated time. No issues here. Recommended.

Placed an order, wasn't even sure I was in the delivery area, but checked postcodes, and luckily was. Order was confirmed quickly and delivery date given. That was all online, so can't say too much about that. But as for delivery and a great driver, he went above and beyond, what a great service. He did everything he could to help. As we not the easiest place to get deliveries too. Thank you.

Good quality wooden panels delivered when expected and packed really well to prevent damage

Very happy with the service received from Clarks of Walsham. The company supplied a bulk bag of gravel. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful in placing the bag where I wanted. Price was also competitive. I would definately use this company again.

First class from ordering to delivery, big thank you to the delivery driver who was amazing helping me to put the items in a safe place ..
Highly recommend this company for your building/gardening supplies..
