For my last few flats, I have done the deep cleaning myself because I was always worried that cleaning companies would not do a good job. But because of several factors I needed to book an end of tenancy clean.
I am IMPRESSED.
The cleaning itself was thorough, my flat sparkled, every nook and cranny all done. Oven and Fridge deep clean no issues at all.
The communication, VERY RESPONSIVE via email. All queries, adjustments, are responded to.
I think they have the most reasonable price on the market (with insurance). So here is hoping that our letting agent is as happy enough to give us back our deposit.
I am already planning on booking them for a regular house service. Thanks Radi for communicating. Thank you Stanislava and team.

Avoid. Terrible carpet cleaning company. Frustrated as they demand full payment beforehand

Wish I had checked the reviews here before using - absolutely terrible cleaning company. 2 cleaners came to do an end of tenancy clean for a large house and hardly did anything - I presume they ran out of time and just left. Utility cupboard & heating cupboard not cleaned at all. Wardrobe interiors not touched, drawers not cleaned inside, surfaces not wiped, freezer drawers not cleaned inside, fridge not cleaned inside. They came back for a re-clean, but left before I could tell them what else was missed.

What's even worse is the attitude of the office staff who don't accept any criticism nor investigate to find out what happened. They don't care and simply refuse to help or refund any money, hiding behind their Ts&Cs.

Use at your peril!

We booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning service, and let's say it wasn't cleaned, what did the cleaners do for 3 hours? After spending over +£200 we zero results, we're not allowed a refund....What a waste of money!

Horrific experience to say the least.
I booked an end of tenancy cleaning.
I left the property for them
To clean (already a decently cleaned property). However, least to say cleaning was not conducted thoroughly. Photos and videos were sent and being heavily pregnant, I could not conduct the cleaning myself, so I begged for a thorough proper re clean! One of the ladies who took the booking, rebooked for the next day and agreed that cleaning was not down right.
After that the cleaner turned up and tenants had to leave unexpectedly. The cleaner refused to wait around and wouldn’t have needed to come again if the cleaning had been done correctly the first time. Everyone involved was making a compromise and this company refuses to read terms and agreement nor do they bring to your attention, that even with a badly done job, no refund would be offered. But are quick to jump to their ‘terms’ when responding! In haste I booked them and now regret it big time. In addition I am still waiting for an invoice!
I require an immediate response and a reasonable outcome or else will be forced to take them to small claims court, which I am surprised no one else has yet so other could not be scammed.

DIRTY / UN-HYGENIC / DAMAGE PROPERTY / REQUIRES ME TO FIND A NEW CLEANER

Beyond appalling - their staff rushed through our property failing to do an acceptable job of deep cleaning that we paid for. They left the place dirty and left our curtain rails damaged and curtains on the floor. They left large amounts of soapy cleaning product in the carpet, food and dirt all over parts of the kitchen and large areas of our bathroom remained dirty.

- DO NOT USE THEM FOR CARPET CLEANING they do not have the industrial equipment to do a professional job, just a small back of the car device. If you want a good job seek a proper carpet cleaning professional.

I complained and they said they could only offer a re clean with the same people that had already done a terrible job, i had to leave work and baby sit them in the property as they "re cleaned" Re-cleaning to them is taking a wet cloth and just wiping surfaces...they continued to do a bad job to the point where i had to re clean all of the surfaces personally. I sent their head office pictures post their "re-clean" to show the dirt i had cleaned off basic kitchen cupboards and kitchen tiles.

Their management avoid any conversation with you and leave their poor admin Maria to have to deal with the problem.

They are unwilling to offer any form of refund for the service....YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

Given I have had to re clean and they have damaged my property I have not received the service I asked for - they are hiding behind "we sent them to re-clean you should have made them clean again" as an excuse.

I have requested a refund for their service and their management are currently refusing to give one.

Brilliant. Efficient. On-time. Thoroughly good job. Would highly recommend.

Terrible service, literally I paid over £400 for a end of tenant service, 1 person came who has not completed the cleaning (which was impossible already for 1 person to achieve) and they now creating excuses not to make any re visit. Big disappointment, definitely would not advise. unless you want to lose some money.

There are many professional cleaning companies, but this is definitely NOT one of them... I decided to use their services, paid a 50% deposit and they did not show up during the times slot agreed. It can indeed happen in London and then you find a solution. However, when they saw I wasn't waiting anymore they became nasty, refused to rescheduled the service and, most shocking of all, refused to payback the 50% deposit!!

On Friday 18th March i book Cleaningsure to deep clean my mother house.
we arranged a time for 12 midday ,my mother is staying with me in East London and lives in North London.
At 11.30 am i received a call letting me know that the company was running late,i asked what time would they be there ,i was told 2 pm .
After a heated conversation and £20.00 off my bill i agreed to this new time ,and was told the cleaners would phone me 20 minutes before they arrive.
At 1.40 pm i received a call stating that they were on their way ,at 1.55 pm i received a call stating they were at the front door .
i open the front door there was no body there ,i went to the back door there was nobody there
i returned the call to be told that the had gone to the wrong address
HOW THE HELL CAN THAT HAPPEN.
I rang Cleaningsure head off and told them if their cleaners were not their by 2.30 pm i would want a full refund .
CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY DID NOT TURN UP
I demanded my deposit back which i received the same day

Very helpful service from start to finish. I used Cleaningsure to give my house a deep clean after we’d had some building work done. They also did a carpet clean and some upholstery cleaning. Professional, polite, helpful and with such a positive attitude. The work they did was faultless - our house was a messy dusty building site in the morning, and by the afternoon it was sparkling clean and ready to move back into. Warmly recommended

This is the best cleaning company i have been used in London. Good rates, professional services and friendly staff. Never disappointed me.

My tenants used this company for an end of tenancy clean.

The work done was sub-standard;

carpets not cleaned properly and left full of pet hair.
fridge not cleaned
dishwasher not cleaned
grease and marks left on worktops and splash-backs
nail clippings found in the bathroom

When approached about the standard of their work this company refuses to take responsibility and instead gets aggressive.

I would not recommend this company if you are a tenant and need your full deposit back.

I an so thankful to this company. I use them regularly and never disappointed me. Highly recommend. Great job
