online customer service not as good as on the phone
The first package sent to me was lost by royal mail. Got in touch via email twice with click n they basically said I needed to ask around neighbours and go to my sorting office. They offered no other help leading me to think if its lost, I can't do anything about it. I then called their office to be told a new one will be dispatched immediately and they will start a case with royal mail. Overall, experience was ok, if the online help had been more helpful, would have been perfect

Not tried before but would certainly use this Company again
Having checked out various suppliers found this Company's prices were competitive plus no delivery charge. Said delivery would be 3 to 5 days so was pleasantly surprised to order on a Thursday and have the postperson deliver the goods on the Saturday.
Would certainly use them again.

STINKY - very quick delivery - store rang me back after I had a query.
Have old computer and was having trouble ordering - rang company but it was a Sunday so left my phone number. Prompt reply on the Monday and
the order arrived very quickly. Present for my daughter who has had this
