Clockwork has been wonderfully helpful in organising and providing long distance transport (Edinburgh to Winchester) for a new exhibit at our museum. Having been recommended to us, we would be happy to recommend Clockwork and very confident in contracting their services again

Removal men were friendly and extremely helpful as I am 72 and recently had 2 hip replacements they made the move easy for me.

The guys were courteous and professional. They got on with the job.

Efficient and helpful staff - we have some large furniture and the staff handled it well. We paid for three days but ended up with the job being done in two days which was good. The price seemed a bit expensive for a local move but as we did not get lots of quotes it may have been a fair price.

Seamless communication and super kind movers, making what seemed like a stressful move, incredibly easy and quick. Would seriously recommend these guys! Had a bunch of office furniture to move from an Edinburgh city centre (and rather awkward) office building. I reached out to several companies for quotes etc (all very nice folk by the way) but Niall and clockworks were a clear winner on several fronts. Professional, clear and put me at ease that the job would be straightforward. And it was!
I’m very glad I put faith in him and his team. In the day it was incredibly smooth and the team that had been assembled were professional, clean, fast courteous and a good old laugh too boot!

Both the customer service and the overall experience was exceptional. The price quoted was by far the best, the kind and friendly approach from the entire team from the office to the removals team was so reassuring, I was wondering what the catch was right up until I settled my balance. I moved my two bed flat from Edinburgh to Dunfermline. I made changes to the job before it had happened and everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend taking the insurances offered as I didn’t, and it ended up costing me more. Still a great price but would have been even better had I taken the policy (my move date was postponed unexpectedly and then my follow-up move was delayed because of solicitors). Do not hesitate to book with clockwork. Simply exceptional.

I paid 4K for a straightforward house move (small house) just under 300 miles from Scotland to England. Also paid for a full packing service and took out all the optional insurances.

Friendly teams turned up on time, no accidents with contents. They agreed to me going on ahead while they packed, all journeys seemed smooth. A small problem was the salesman didn't make it clear whether the team would dismantle / reassemble some items because I didn't know if they would need it. It was OK in the end but needed to be made more formal.

Unfortunately, they left behind the contents of two big wardrobes in the house I was leaving. They had to retrieve the keys and get all the items. It then took them nearly 4 weeks to get my belongings back to me, and when they did, they brought a bundle of documents in a case I'd left for the buyer with instructions to leave in the house.

Both the mistake and the way they dealt with it was a pain - the email correspondence blamed particular employees, but it's never just one person, it's the systems in a company. On balance, I wouldn't use them again.

Clockwork from start to finish have been on time, efficient, incredibly friendly and gone beyond what we expected. Our moving experience was made so much easier as a result. Highly recommend thus company.
