Staying with cloud pharmacy
I’ve been using Cloud pharmacy for quite a few months now. Renewal is easy and I’ve even changed medication with no problem. I wouldn’t bother switching providers as I find Cloud one of the cheapest and you receive loyally points or a small discount when you re order so it all helps.

Product not delivered
Product not delivered, tracking failed and parcel lost. Cloud pharmacy unwilling to help so im left without product or refund. Claim their T&Cs are above the law and they only have to attempt delivery twice and then they can bin the product and keep your money.

Hi Luni,
I am really sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent order.
We are sincerely apologise if you did not receive the assistance you required throughout your experience and this is not the standard we would expect to provide.
While we appreciate that delivery issues can be frustrating, there are procedures that need to be followed when a parcel cannot be successfully delivered.
Sadly I cannot locate your order or email address through this review and therefore if you would like to get in touch with our team we would be keen to review the circumstances of the order with you directly.
Thank you.
