Hi Rob,
I am genuinely sorry to hear that you find our pricing expensive, we recognise that price is such an important factor in choosing your provider.
Please know that we’re always mindful of providing good value alongside the quality of service we offer. We strive to keep pricing competitive in comparison to other providers.
Our aim is to provide affordable treatment alongside safe, comprehensive and fully supported care, because we believe patients deserve more than medication alone.
Our team is continually looking at ways we can make treatment more manageable and accessible for our patients. This includes introducing options such as medication bundles, which can help patients better manage the overall cost of their treatment while continuing to receive the same level of care and support.
Please get in touch if you have any queries on our services, we would be happy to help you!
Quick, easy and professional
Easy to find what I was looking for, instructions and questions to get a diagnosis and prescription was clear and got approved fast. Delivery was equally quick as was the letter sent to my GP with the details of the diagnosis and treatment. Very professional.
