Have not received what I ordered and tried to contact the shop. Have heard nothing back but they have taken the money from my account.

Hi Holly, I'm sorry you wasn't happy with the flavours you received, if you had of contacted us we could have tried to resolve it for you,
Just to clarify it states on the product description you need to leave a note on your order with your preferred flavours otherwise you will recieve a random mixture of flavours,
The picture used is an official Elf bar photo which shows 12 boxes and considering it is a 10 bundle you bought I'm not sure what made you think you would get the flavours in the photo as you can't make out the flavours from the photo,
We also went above and beyond to make sure you recieved your order in a promptly manner as you put the incorrect address on your order.

Products received the next day. A very good service and the Elf Bars were in perfect working order. This is my second order and I would recommend, Cloudz Above to other people.

Hi I'm not sure if your aware but we just had the new year's holiday you ordered at 8pm on the 30th Dec so your order was dispatched on the 31st and you recieved your order yesterday which is the next working day from the 31st due to the bank Holidays,
In regards to it not stating what flavours you would get thats because it says in the product description you need to leave a note with your preferred flavours as you didn't leave a note there is no way for me to know which ones you do and don't like.
