If I could grade this company less than one star I would. I bought a refurbed iMac in August which suddenly stopped working due to an activation of ‘find my Mac’ requiring a 6 digit code which I hadn’t activated, suggesting poor refurbishment. When I contacted the company I was advised that ‘this was not the condition of the item at point of sale and had been in my possession for over two months.’ I now have an item which is totally useless after two months (coincidence I ask) for the princely sum of £200 +….v poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.

bought the old boys Doro mobile as the old one just gave out but also hes not very good with ,obiles but he is happy with thisone and getting used to it.

Mac book turned up will not turn on tried every single thing u can even YouTube vids no life at all ai it and says it will need logged into another one does nothing get checked before it comes out ? Now am guba have to send it back but rang 20 times with no answer at all absolutely shocking says very good condition on letter u can’t be serious ? 319 quid wasted ! Now a can’t even get a reply or answer the phone disgrace if u ask me

Refurbished phone had very poor battery life from the get go. After a minor drop the screen began completely peeling away, which clearly points to poor bonding in the refurbishment as no properly bonded iPhone screen should peel away from such a minor drop. Seller refused to help, saying the drop voided the warranty. Disappointed with the quality and the response.

As usual, great service from Clove. My refurbished iPhone arrived promptly and is in pristine condition as promised.

On set-up the phone informed me that the display was non-genuine, but no doubt if I read the fine print from Clove it would probably explain this may be the case. Anyway, it works perfectly well.

I’ve previously purchased about six phones from Clove- some new and some refurbished- and I would thoroughly recommend them.
