ColoreScience sent my an item that expires in less than 6 months which is less than the shelf life (12M)! Not only that, they also refused to send me a refund because I have used the product before noticing the expiry date.
Unacceptable policy with no respect to the client.

Bought on the UK website. The products seem fine, good even, but the company/customer service isn't great. They sent me products that had a short shelf life so I wouldn't be able to use them for the 12 months after opening, and when I questioned them about it they said its fine to use if I open it before the expiry date. Apart from making comments which defy logic, they didn't care to help just basically said deal with it or return it. Why should it be OK for them to sell something that goes out of date in less than a year without any indication?

Avoid shopping here. I returned a product for a refund to them. Wigmore medical limited seems like the sellers name.

I didn’t hear back and didn’t get my refund this is despite emailing him and having received confirmation through track from DHL showing a photo that my return had been delivered and signed by Paul on the 18th July at 15.26.

Luckily I had ordered it through PayPal and they opened a case and found in my favour and I got the refund through PayPal. Finally got my money back on 25th August.

I love their products so much! The eye concealer is amazing for Mediterranean type dark circle! I tried the Glow sun cream first and it made my skin glow. The time between the ordering and delivery is quite long though so I always plan 3 weeks in advance in case

Do not order from them! I ordered a sunscreen 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived, I tried contacting them many times and no reply, how do I get my money back?! Absolute scam.

Awful customer service, I want to return something and they don’t even bother to answer, to explain me what should I do . I’ll never buy from here anymore.

Very poor product for black skin (unless very light) and terrible customer service. It leaves a very visible yellowish cast, not at all invisible as they claim. The company did not respond to my email nor post my review. No stars - minus if possible.

OMG it actually works! I was looking for a concealer that stays and doesn't crease! THANK THE LORD!!!!!!

I love the Colorescience mineral sunscreen. It really is a great product! My skin is very sensitive/ but with it I never was sunburned and it is easy to carry everywhere with me.

I love their powder sunscreen. It works great and doesn’t sting the eyes. Great for kids.
