Had fencing fitted by Will & Alfie found them to be respectful of property,first class service from start to finish couldn't fault their work. Company didn't waste anytime wanting payment as soon as they pulled off drive they was on phone enquiring about rest of payment.

We didn't receive the service we were promised or expected. The person selling the product gave us the usual sales pitch, which was a different version to what we got. Originally we were given an 8 week timescale. It ended up being 8 months from order to final installation. When they came to fit the gates, two didn't fit and had to be remade, when they came to fit them again another one didn't fit, and post had to be remade.
Communication was shocking, no updates and we dealt with at least 5 different people whose communication skills were lacking.
I hope you read this review, take on board the comments and improve your service so that other customers don't have the disappointment we have had (although I doubt you will)

Gareth and Jarrad handled the installation of the fence so professionally. The garden is on a slope and they worked out the best way to arrange the height drops so that it really looks stunning. I was also grateful that they worked out how to create a "hedgehog hole" by making use of one of these height drops, so that our nocturnal visitors can continue to move freely between our neighbours and ourselves.

On the 9th May Will and Alfie installed my black railing divider panels outside the front of my house, they both done a lovely job with minimum mess and noise and made my front drive look bigger and wider the two lads worked hard and Iam very pleased with the end result so thank you guys for a job well done.

Steve and Tom did a great job in quite difficult circumstances, and the quality of the fence and gates is excellent. Also when Duncan the surveyor visited I felt he was very professional. He took a lot of time and trouble to draw up a plan of how I wanted the fence and gates, which is very different from the original layout. But.. I was away when the components were delivered, and a I got a call from the courier saying he needed help unloading his van, Not my problem! Unfortunately my kind neighbour (who only has one leg) took pity on him and helped him unload. This should not have happened. It gets worse. I came home at lunch time to find Steve and Tom had done a great job of clearing my old fence, but had started building the new one in exactly the same place, because, unbelievably, they had not been given the plan which Duncan drew up. Luckily the cement had not set, and they were able to restart the job. Incredibly, the following day they still were not given the plan, so I had to draw one up. I am very satisfied with the finished job, and cannot praise Steve and Tom enough, but I cannot recommend Colourfence because of the repeated failures, using a clueless courier, failing to give the fitters the plan on two consecutive days, causing the job to take 3 days instead of 2.

The excellent ColourFence installation by Will and Alfie resulted in a smart, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for the garden. Also, the most wonderful thing is that, since the fencing has been installed, all the cats have disappeared. The fact that no cat has expressed interest in entering the garden is a priceless peace of mind. I highly recommend it.

The installation did not go as planned. The advertised 20% discount was not given on the quote. Overall it was very expensive. Not recommended!

I had a gate and fence I was really pleased with it money well.spent . Lads that did it were great and worked so hard in rubbish weather would highly recommend

This was a professional company from start to finish. I had someone come out to measure up within in 2 days. Karen In the office was very patient as I did change my mind on product height. The 3 men that came to our house were very nice and polite. They took fence and wall away first day, on a damp and very windy day. Worked hard bless them. second day installed lovely fence and gate They done a good job with a good product. I've wanted this fence for a very longtime, i would highly recommend using colour fence. Thanks guys!

Peter and his team are a dedicated trio that strive for perfection.
They take pride in their workmanship and want to deliver the best outcome for the customer.

They arrived on time every day and finished the job within the time frame given.

They took all the old fencing and debris away.

They had quite alot of trees, shrubs plants and flowers to navigate through, and not one single plant was damaged.

I'd definitely use this company again and request the same team! Thanks guys!

Had a new garden fence installed today by Josef of Colourfence Midlands Branch.
The Climar need to take a look at their customer service leading up to fitting, because communication wasn’t great and I felt frustrated at times. My personal experience with the team at Newport was unfortunately rather negative. A later call from a senior manager to put things right was much appreciated.
However, I couldn’t have hoped for a more polite, diligent and friendly person to actually install the simple fence and gate. The finished article looks fantastic and every detail has been executed with care and accuracy.
Josef came a long way to do this work today (local fitter unwell). I really value his time and work.

I am very pleased with my fence. Gareth and Jarrad were friendly and made a thoroughly professional job removing the old fence and installing the new all in one day. I would recommend Colour Fence. No more painting... Yaaaaay.

My new fence was fitted by Gareth and Jarrad yesterday. They arrived on time as agreed. Product and insulation was excellent. Would well recommend.

Whole process was very professional from Matt taking our order,the office keeping us informed of the progress and Dave installing the panel and gate.The lattice was not the colour we ordered but the wife preferred the colour that was installed.Altogether a very stress free experience.

Had a large fence installed. When the wind blew it kept leaning. The installer came back 3 times still not fixed. The installer has retired and colourfence tell me that the fence is guaranteed for 25 years but the installation is guaranteed for 2 years. I am left to sort out the sub standard install by myself. Not happy. Colourfence tell me its not their problem and i should take the installer to small claims court. Not what i paid £10k for.

Excellent service, very professional job completed by Gareth and Jarrad, very pleased with the work, certainly recommend.

Had our fencing done today. Very, very pleased, we love it! Rich from the Newport office, initially rang to say my original delivery date, would have to be delayed, as the shipment would be arriving a few days later than scheduled. I rang him, a couple of days after the scheduled date, to chase it up and within minutes he rang back and told me he had a team coming the following day! and the materials were already on their way to me, such great customer service! He couldn't get local lads, so we had 2 lovely lads from the Gloucester team, Craig and Tylor. As soon as they arrived, they got stuck in, they didn't stop all day. Lovely friendly lads, hardworking, efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Had everything under control. I just want to say it's been a pleasure from start to finish, and my garden has had a total transformation, brilliant!!

Tom+Steve were 100%above and beyond amazing arrived on the dot, started imediatly ,worked hard and great attention to detail, polite ,friendly respected my property, cleaned up and did a fantastic job, I knew it and thank you to a great companywould look nice but my new railings exceeded my expectations so pleased and proud of them I keep smiling when I open my door a brilliant experience restored my faith in quality workmanship, a great big thank you to you both,Fran

Recently had a metal gate installed. First class service. Installer kept me in touch with every step, accepting my input and was very cheerful and tidy. Recommended.
