Great shopping experience. A store that sells items at a cut price that are not a use by today’s date . It’s nit a store to go shopping with a list , you never know what you might find . Look out for David at Southampton , so friendly.

Was in the shop at Long Eaton Branch on Wednesday 10am Very disappointing alot of empty shelfs Only two cashiers had to queue longer than normal Was told best day delivery was a Thursday afternoon

Good choice of products across different departments at reasonable prices.
Some good brands too

The range of products is good and well stocked.
However the trolleys are always full of rubbish and there is always loads of litter around with bins overflowing.
The outside lights and carpark lights on in broad daylight.

This shop serves a purpose and you can get some good deals. However, the fridges in Southampton are absolutely filthy. Not sure how they get away with this as any other food supermarket would not! I was so appalled I didn't buy anything.

I shopped at your Middleton store yesterday and bought two packs of chicken drumstick fillets. When I opened them, both packs had a strong unpleasant rancid smell and were clearly off.

I initially contacted you via your Facebook page to make you aware of the issue, but my post was deleted rather than responded to. That’s why I’m posting here instead.

This is a food safety issue so it’s shocking you think it’s acceptable to just delete comments highlighting this.

I’ve got to say what a great shop and the staff are fantastic.

Stock is always varied, and good value staff are always friendly and helpful. Very good all round.
